I love what you said about the root chakra being possibly blocked not just by experiences of difficult physical survival but also more emotional experiences of not being accepted or understood. It really helped me make the link between "I am allowed to exist as I am; it is safe to be myself" and all that the root chakra encompasses. Thank you for this validation and this insight. Inwatched onenof your other videos amdnafyer hat. I felt a intense like relief? From my chest andnheart chakra. Immediately it came from my heart chakra. Ad i feel sook much better. Im definitely protected and i had the worss in my head a couple minutes ago saying let go and when you said to let go of anything else i needed to, i almost cried i literally could feel you pulling on my cords. I cannot thank you enough. This will impact me for the better and im so thankful for you. ❤ I also would love ro learn how to do this im also a healer and an empath. My daughter is also an empath i think too but shes only almost two so well gove her some time 😂but seriously i had to stop this to comment to tell you its working and im appreciative. My family have toxic ajd narcissistic traits and a lot of limited beliefs were put onto me geowing uo being called ugly because i looked qt myself in the mirror and i was only like 10 at this time andni remember my grandpa saying to stop looking in the mirror that im not pretty etc... ima cry 😢 but this has helped me sooo much. Im 26 years old now and im so thankful for my life ❤️

Amazing. So, I got some enegy work done to help with a physical ailment caused by root chakra blockages, and it is slowly getting better. There are many reasons behind what is happening and many opportunities to heal past traumas that surfaced. During your video, something clicked in my mind I had not quite fully grasped before, like another piece that will help my body return to full comfort and ease. Lol I can't say I can ever feel safe being amongst humans, even when there's not much reason. And then there's the resentment and disdain for such a flawed species. However, this healing does slightly alleviate my predicament. It remains an uphill battle, nevertheless. Thank you, Sanne. Namasté 🙏🏼
I recently learned that I need to work a lot with my root chakra because it is blocked. When I watched you using the uruz rune I started crying which is also not a normal reaction for me. I am so excited to try this, never seen anyone do something like this before with energy healing. Got the inspiration from yoga challenges that I really enjoy myself. And yeees, the same session each day would make me too bored to continue, so new videos each day and max 10 minutes suits me so that was what I created for this first challenge! 😍😍
@@sannethewitch I noticed the tun time was 11:11. That was awesome! Yes, challenges are fun and they inspire people to complete them! The length is perfect for something like this because it doesn't require the viewer to put in too much time so it's more motivating to watch. That hypno video I mentioned is for sleep. It's a 3-hour video that you play while you sleep lol. I've woken up a few times and heard that I was a good person and that I'll make healthier choices when it comes to food! Now I just need one for relationships hahaha. BTW, how do you pronounce your name? There are so many ways I can hear it in my head. San, Sane, Sanny, Sunny, etc. But I am not familiar with Swedish language so I want to make sure I say it correctly when I tell others to follow you. lol
