I had a double mastectomy bc of breast cancer. I love my body for surviving what it went through (chemo, surgery) but I am just 46 years old and had that happen to me at 37. Thank you so much for this, what divine timing “if you look in the mirror and feel like shit” 😂😂😂😂 I suffer from stress starving and under eating but I personally try not to let it be a “body issue,” but I still felt called to this, and I think it’s especially for the safety portion and the “scared disgust.” When you mention the feelings of 7 generations, I sat on child’s pose and channeled the energies of my great great grand mothers… who might’ve had to deal with the suffering of slavery and eating shit food they didn’t have a say to eat but only to survive. My ancestors are so allowed to finally feel this disgust, this empowering of boundaries to just say “I don’t want this.” I’m thankful you even did a “pause if need” portion, because even though the healing for myself wasn’t needed, it was for my lineage. I actually threw up a little and had to use the restroom 😮😮😮 crazy stuff. Unconscious wounds, and I’m strong enough to feel safe in clearing it ❤❤ eternal blessings

This is exactly what I needed today. Thank you 🙏🏼 With the visual of boiling water… I saw myself in a cauldron of boil water and when I heard “taste the water” I saw myself crawl out of the cauldron, turn around, and with a giant ladle I tasted the water. It was salty like tears. Once I was out of the cauldron it stopped boiling. I turned my back to it and in front of me was a natural hot springs surrounded by the forest. I stepped into it and relaxed against the earth. I heard, the right amount of heat can heal…. Release can feel like relaxing muscles….. it doesn’t have to feel like gripping it tight and throwing it away as hard as you can. The raging fire under the cauldron turned into tightly packed embers, and there was new light on the horizon in the distance. ❤

Hi Sanne, I am 61 ( although look much younger like I am in my 30’s) and was fine most of my life and always extremely slender while eating whatever I wanted whenever I felt like it. All of a sudden my eating and exercise habits changed and I gained weight and felt uncomfortable and looked bad? I always used to look beautiful! I would like to get back to normal. However, in the last several years, things went awry with stressful people and situations living conditions, finances and events. There were/ are evil energy vampires who continuously spiritually/energetically attacked me and I have been disconnecting from recently. I wasn’t able to sleep and as I mentioned gained weight, my looks changed and felt awful.. even the way I was dressing was depressing. I need to be free from all that evil negativity darkness. Thank you for your kindness and energetic healing. I really need it now more than ever and appreciate your help!
