Can I be standing making a snack while listening to this or do I need to be laying down focusing or resting?
I would say yes! As long as you are receptive
Your higherself does the work so I think if you set the intention you still receive the energy if in the kitchen, but maybe feel it more intensely if focused on it
It works both ways
Try both and see how it feels different in your body! Personally I usually do one session more focused, laying down or sitting relaxed - and then I do a few more “subconscious” sessions while I do other stuff. I will say it’s MUCH better to get it done while doing other stuff, than skipping it because you’re too busy. Just be careful doing it first time while you’re driving, as emotions might bubble up. 🥰

I could feel my sacral being hit when dangerous narc tried to tell me I’ll never be happy no matter where I go. I knew he was trying to place a curse on me, and all I could do was repeat in my head in that moment was “I reject that, it’s not true” but some of it seeped in since I was genuinely scared of his verbal abuse in that moment. My wound is my self esteem. I was pushed to succeed and I mistook that for being loved. I want to have healthy self confidence but have healthy good goals too. I wish to get rid of any bad thing people told me and that I took in. Goodbye to that! Thanks for the video!

I love listening to you. I feel so connected as if it is resonating with a much deeper part of who I am. Much of my life many things have been hidden from me. I did a dna test and found I have 60 percent Scandinavian. I literally look like I could be your sister. :). My mother was very mean to me growing up when I would express my spiritual gifts. I have many. She did not like it at all and would tell me I was mental. No im spiritual and understand people and nature on a deep level always seeking to connect for the highest good and protection of those I love. Now that I am much older something keeps drawing me back to my ancestry and their culture. Bless you :)
I have honestly been thinking about my past trauma and I have been feeling down to the point where I have been crying a lot, even recent stuff, I have talked about it with someone, but I find it hard to talk these things with family and sometimes friends to the point where I just end up closing myself in with all the negative in my mind.
But these healing videos and positive talk/ motivational talk has been helping me feel more relaxed and letting go little by little. Thank you so much for existing Sanne you are amazing at what you do 😊
