Exactly, people should experience themselves, we were using refined oils without any issues long time ,frankly from childhood, no issues at all.
Due to all these youtube info we switched to cold pressesed oils and all sort of health issues started. Bookish knowledge is different, experience matters always. Any adivice take from experienced patient not from youtubres, youtubers just read some books and do trails on clients.
It's important to consider both personal experience and scientific evidence when making decisions about health and nutrition. While it's true that many of us grew up using refined oils without apparent issues, research and clinical experiences have shown significant benefits from switching to healthier alternatives like cold-pressed oils.
From a functional nutrition standpoint, we've observed marked improvements in children with ADHD and autism when they switch from refined oils to healthier options like coconut oil. While coconut oil doesn't contain omega-3 fatty acids, it helps improve the omega-6 to omega-3 ratio by reducing the intake of omega-6-rich vegetable oils. This balance is crucial for overall health.
The claim that cold-pressed oils cause health issues is not supported by evidence. In fact, numerous studies highlight the negative impact of omega-6-rich vegetable oils on health.
