I think people would come to appreciate her performances even more because young Regine wouldve just stood there and effortlessly belt a song...
But this Regine, in her own words actually struggles every time she sings now due to age and her underlying disease, which makes her appreciate singing even more and I think it reflects to how she emotes and delivers a song, making her listeners and avid fans love her even more. Shows that she is human no matter how grandiose her talent is! ❤️

Her acid reflux is on and off.. So if you hear her not sounding good and not able to hit her high notes, then it's on. If not, expect for her beast mode, hahahaha! Also, this version of her is the highest if you based it for her age, 47 years old.

Her voice has definitely changed though. The power and control are still there, but her voice can occasionally sound "rougher" especially on high notes, and her vocal range isn't what it was before. Personally I prefer her old voice, but she's still great and I will always be a big fan of Regine!

Hello Ovela and M-angel. Greetings! Here's a trivia for you. Are you aware that even Regine has tons of shoes, she is more comfortable bare-footed when she is performing? I once saw her perform live and she took.off her high heels and sang without shoes and her performance was AWESOME!!!
Tadhana originally sung by Up Dharma Down is a more subdued version different from regine's where she added some belts & some runs.
I was happy when M-Angel said she liked the Tadhana song, despite the poor audio quality. She was able to appreciate the melody, which shows she really knows about music. 😊

that "oooooooohhhhhhh" last part of "Tadhana" is like a mystical chant......I just don't know why the back up singers sounded like that, but maybe they're trying to portray like a traditional chant of epics and oral traditions...'cause they sounded like that. I always felt this song as mystical and poetic from Regine and from the original band singer "Up Dharma Down".
