I've been to a Regine concert few years ago and I was so amazed at how she interacts with the audience. Not a dull moment. She not only can sing, she entertains with her jokes and adlibs. I like to watch a concert of her again

Jona is one of a kind singer. She always sings with a heart. She sings not to impress but to express. She always telling a story at the same time when she sings. She sings in her part and not overpowering other singer especially in duet because she always keep her feet on the ground and everyone can't see it. Being a fan of Regine who had watched almost every single one of her performances and heard how her vocals evolved in her albums over the years (I also sang some of her songs when I was a kid), I observed that now, she struggles more with the high notes that she has to exert extra effort resulting to a more powerful sound. What she had before was flawless control. I think that's what has diminished, and also the flexibility of her chords due to hormonal changes and health condition (acid reflux). Just an observation, I might be wrong. ☺
TRIVIA:
Regine after giving birth had a hard time singing.
She was rest for almost a year. That's why she forget her old technique and trying to discover a new one to fit in her new tone because her tone is little bit changed more powerful than her prime and the peak of her voice after giving (2012-2020)
2016 is the perfect Regine. Even though she was suffering from Acid Reflux she was still pushing it though and giving the audience what deserved.
