11:24 in Italian, the feminine suffix is -e, so boy is ragazzo and girl is ragazze.

Surprise you think that Men Against Fire and Beyond the Sea very lowly since they are pretty good episodes (would replace them with Striking Vipers and Smithereens. Yeah season 5 of Black Mirror was the weakest, so it's great that season 6 was a big step up from season 5 as well as 4 since the rest of season 6 except for Mazey Day were good). Although yeah Metalhead, Crocodile, and The Waldo Moment were among the weakest Black Mirror episodes.
That said, regarding Mazey Day, idk if you were able to know about this, but Mazey Day was supposed to be labeled Red Mirror like Demon 79, but Charlie Brooker decided to keep it labaleld Black Mirror to hide the werewolf twist. You can tell Mazey Day is obviously supposed to be Red Mirror when both main characters in Mazey Day and Demon 79 had their fingers cut which leads to them suffering a bad omen (Mazey gets turned into a werewolf and Nida in Demon 79 gets possessed by a demon). And given its presentation and angle, highly doubt Mazey is supposed to be a tragic villain when she's clearly trying to not be a danger to everyone and herself. If anything, it's what you mentioned about what Mazey Day's about: celebrity privacy and dehumanization of celebrities. Her transformation is basically a literal metaphor of dehumanization of celebrities and the whole chase in the final minutes is "the prey becomes the predator" with theprey and predator roles being switched for the paparazzis and celebrities. And the worst part is cause of what's happened, Mazey is shown as "the villain/bad guy": cause the moment a celebrity snaps and fights back at the paparazzis for being indecent assholes, they're now "the bad guys" cause they went out of line, so they get accused of assault or violence. A very twisted and messed up situation between celebrities and paparazzis.
That said, Mazey Day could've been better if they made the episode longer to allow the plot to be fleshed out more, especially for its concepts, themes, and characters (at least there's some depth for Mazey Day, but everyone's characters and backgrounds could've been explored more). Just, the werewolf twist is not really the main issue and it could've made for an awesome twist if they gave more depth to the episode (we see how a good layered supernatural story can be with Demon 79, so the supernatural element is far from the issue)
As for Rachel, Jack and Ashley Too, that episode should've gave us more about Rachel and Jack since this episode also explored on celebrity idolization, Rachel and Jack representing a fan and a hater of a celebrity. Ashley O and Miley Cyrus hard carried this episode.
