I love Devotion! That candied lemon just gets me. I'm wearing it in the spring, but bought in the winter. It blooms on me more when the temps get warmer, but I'd recommend it for a super cold day when you are missing the sunshine. I find it uplifting and happy. Plus that gorgeous bottle! I think it would make a great wedding scent.

I’ve been wearing Flowerbomb nectar and devotion this week also. Have had nectar since it first came out and fell in love with it immediately. Both were blind buys for me. I didn’t like devotion as much until I got so many complements every time I wear it. I think of it as a year round perfume. I have an order for modest deux and la Fleur bouquet . I’m looking forward to spring time fragrances. Waiting on Dama Bianca and musk therapy to come in this week🎉 12:19 12:22

Iris absolu! It’s been so cold here and that fragrance holds up so well in the cold. Never loved the original or any of the flankers but this one is so good.

I like the fact that you purchase smaller bottles. I do do the same especially living in florida where my heavier scents don't get worn as much . If I fall in love enough then I get a large bottle.

Hello! I got Devotion as soon as it came out. I asked for a gift. I knew/anticipated that this scent is something different. Afterwards, I looked on Fragrantica to find out who was behind the fragrance: Olivier Crisp. It wasn't a surprise. He has a magical way of making perfume smell good on my skin. The smell takes me to Italy. The fragrance notes are in harmony on my skin. Some have a harsh citrus note. I understand that it is not necessary to buy a bottle. Also I love Burberry Goddess scent. That was a blind buy. I just knew I am going to love it. On my skin, it's totally different than Devotion. Burberry and D&G launched 2023 perfumes which became my favorites.
Devotion mixes well with my chemistry too. Love it. 😍
@@jaxbeautifulyou At a seller I know, the citrus had a harsh smell, I've heard that it's one of the reasons why Devotion doesn't work the same way for everyone. Too bad because I think this takes me straight to Italy.
Montblanc Signature’s dry down gives me Valaya vibes! I definitely get the clean, musky vibes!
What a great list Jackie! I adore Devotion and I also think the Good Girl stiletto bottles are fun. Chanel Eau Fraiche EDP smells heavenly and I may even like it better than Eau Tendre. I’m enjoying my winter scents as it’s pretty cold here in the Boston area but looking forward to fruity, floral, musky scents too! You look Pretty in Pink!💕

Devotion was on my xmas wishlist and was granted😊. I knew I would likely need it to hang out for awhile after the initial sprays. The first opening was not Love at first smell... Mr Clean lemon scent 😫 is what I got. I put it away for abit(like my homemade vanilla extracts I make)and coincidentally wearing it today to test. And I Love love Love it. I bet the longer it sits the better it gets ❤

I felt the same way about the original Her. I gave it to my daughter. After Elixir was an immediate yes for me. In the winter I actually love adding just 1 or 2 sprays of the original to it. Makes a great combo

Hey Jackie! I LOVE LOVE LOVE My Way Parfum. I'm not the biggest fan of the others in the line...I don't love them but i don't hate them either. But the Parfum is on another level and it's an amazing designer release. Akso LVEB Iris, sane thing, don't love or hate the other versions but that iris one is crazy good. And you're exactly right about the performance of both. My Way is STRONG. Great video. Thanks!!

Team Devotion!! I find this scent so versatile and complex. It dries more vanilla than citrus on me. The booze is more like a baking liquer. It reminds me of a lush vanilla cream pastry dusted with powdered sugar and lemon zest. I wear it to bed. It’s such a playful scent. My husband adores it. (Also somewhat reminds me of a nice lingerie shop). And it’s such treat in the morning when I’m sipping coffee in my bathrobe. A nice breakfast/brunch scent. Also reminds me of a hot evening in New Orleans. I think it’s that unique powdery-ness it has. It reminds me of the melt in your mouth powdered sugar on a beignet. Obsessed. I prefer it to Lira and Akro.
It definitely has a cozy vibe. I love it. 🥰
Your might also like Alien Goddess Supra Florale. It’s similar to Alien Goddess Intense but sweeter and more fragrant Jasmine plus other florals.
My SOTD is Alien Goddess Intense! I’ve been wearing it all day. I over sprayed and I can smell it in my own scent bubble but no one else has said anything. Sometimes I wonder if people can smell a nice perfume but don’t always say anything about it-ya know what I mean? Anyway when I saw your video you mentioned Alien goddess intense and I’m glad you did because it is totally beautiful and you’re right-no one really talks about it

@@jaxbeautifulyou I’m on the search for more perfumes like that! 😁 let us know if you find any 👍🏻 people often think the current Miss Dior is basic but actually the iris is blended just right with other sweet florals that , although it’s not a heavy perfume , it last on me and it’s super feminine and just lifts my mood instantly.
I love la vie est belle , but I actually prefer the Iris absolu ! I got this at the airport last year on my way to New York and wore it all the time so it always reminds me of my trip , I just fear it will be discontinued as they are always bringing out new flankers ! I have to get a back up bottle 😊

Unfortunately, Mont Blanc Signature smelt disjointed and poorly blended on me. It smelt fine on clothes, but not on me. So I wear Si Fiori to get the same type of fuzzy sweet feeling.
Good ones I'll wear more soon are Musc Noir Rose, Dama Bianca, Rose l'Extase, Golden Nectar... Definitely Pure Musc and Musc Therapy. ❤

I have Burberry Her, and D&G devotion, irresistible by Givenchy, and I wear each of these quite a bit. The longevity I only get 3 to 4 hours and need to reapply. I'm really wanting to try Chanel green one.

Not on Team Devotion, it's not a bad scent at all. However, the note composition doesn't balance well on my skin chemistry. The breading gourmand note turns a bit too intense and bothers me on the dry down. Glad to see other people enjoying it. 🙂
Devotion = orange creamcicle....to my nose. So, this is a summer fragrance for me.

Team No on Devotion. I loved the opening which is what drew me in, but the dry down only gives me orange blossom and that is not one of my favorite notes at all.

So is the alien goddess intense less similar to that alien DNA than the alien goddess original? I don't like the original alien either? Like if I hate the original alien u are saying the goddess intense is a better choice than the alien goddess?
