I used La Capitals for my birthday and I was in a beautiful scent bubble all night! The waitress and my family loved it! So many compliments. Libre Intense used to be my go-to for family events but La Capitale pushed right through!!

Hello Jackie! Great lineup! Valentino Born in Roma was one of my favorites as well… couldn’t put it down when they launched it years back… went through 3 bottles.. fast forward… I haven’t worn it in over a year. I have many frags that I reach for. My nose has definitely changed.

I love your March tray! I'm looking forward to spring. I wore Dama Bianca yesterday and I loved it, but it didn't last a very long time. It's a new bottle so maybe it will get better. Today I'm wearing Valaya, I think it's a great transition fragrance. And I love Ode to Dullness! Have a great weekend!

I thought that DBIR is boring too. I bought a mini due to the hype and am happy I didn’t get a larger bottle.

I went for Mula Mula double caramel and instant regret .. wish I would have listened to you and chose La Capitale .. Mula is nice Capitale is SEXY and I need it .. on my March purchase list. Just got Dama Bianca a week ago and I’m just so very much in love .. I agree perfect wedding scent

Great list! PDM is my favorite house and I keep saying I’m gonna get Oriana next. I love Greenwich Village. It reminds me of present wrapping around Xmas.🤷🏽♀️Unfortunately, I also go nose blind to it every time I wear it.
I remember Claire talking about Heliotrope a while ago. I said I wanted it and then forgot about it. I’m putting it back on my radar. I just Greenwich Village in the last JS sale. I can’t wait to wear it.

I haven't gotten a chance to smell Love don't be shy or the extreme version yet! I ordered the Dossier dupe and Absolutley LOVED it!! If that's what all the hype is for marshmallow then i get it!!!😍 I really need to get my nose on the originals and more marshmallow perfumes!!!🥰

Your taste is so different than mine although I have a few of those. I have Dama Bianca the small bottle but it's a little weird for me- but definitely beautiful. You know what happened to me? I got Junoon Noir first and after about twelve hours that one smells awful on my skin! So it turned me off DB. But when I did wear DB it dries down beautifully until the bitter end! So I will need to wear it again, give it a chance.
I haven't ever been a fan of Love Don't be Shy DNA... I don't have Oriana, I adore oud. My favorite Cerjoff is Malesia and after that Alexandria 2. When I tested La Capitale- which is a wonderful frag- I could smell the Alexandria DNA beneath that strawberry sweetness. So for me I'm just sticking with Alexandria...

I wore it and I didn't love it.
Most Valentino perfumes have IsoEsuper, not too strong but I'm over it and the jasmine is fine but not my favorite. My favorite part is the vanilla and the pink pepper.

I understand how you feel about Donna Born In Roma.. I think it's bound to happen when you smell a lot of perfumes. Things begin to smell familiar & redundant, though you can still appreciate the scent as something nice. I feel the same about the Giorgio Armani My Way Parfum decant I had. I love the smell but the My Way DNA is too popular where I'm from & I'm not interested to smell like everyone else. It's still a beautiful perfume.

Hi Jackie: For the life of me.......I cannot stand Dama Bianca. Finally just bought a travel spray last year to have a little more of it than a 2ml sample and no matter when/how/or why I wear it.....I simply gag on it. Must be the powder......I find nothing feminine/friendly/inviting or tempting. If I had to wear this on a wedding day, I would run. Funny how we all perceive fragrance soooo differently. Enjoy your bottle! Love Lira and Italica beyond belief but Dama Bianca..........not a chance. Keep up the good work, Jackie! :)

For peragrina does the ambergris come across? I am turned off by seas notes and salty fragrances. But a lot of times the ambergris is so subtle I can’t detect it.
The bond 9 bottles are monsters. 😂 I do think the clear glass ones are pretty though, but no one ever talks about those.

I kinda got over Donna Born in Roma- At least I had only bought the 15 ml one. One's nose changes. I can't stand Hanae Mori Butterfly anymore which used to knock my socks off! I only love Ylang In Gold now in that genre although I still like Cashmir by Chopard, but it feels a bit old fashioned..

I quite like the Vanilla Oud. If I could only pick one, that would be it. I haven't been able to try the Coffee one. The rose and the tobacco are nice, but I'm working off samples still. Now that I have a number of oud fragrances and I like them, I need to try them again. Personally, I'm saving my Kayali money for the re-release of the Wedding Silk Santal...and I intend to buy the largest bottle I can!!!

Bond No 9 bottles? I have five, including Greenwich Village…and it’s enough!! I love all five fragrances as they each fit a different purpose/season, and I also consider them to be “best of the brand”. But, while I rotate them around and never have more than 2 out at a time, some of the graphics plus bottle shape on the others is enough to just say no!!

I am not into rose perfumes, they seem to be too bitter or sharp for me.
On another note - Heliotrope? I as well don't understand why people don't talk about it, it is a gorgeous gourmand and it lasts long. You are the first I have seen talking about it.

Omg! I thought it was me....I have the same opinion on the Donna Born in Roma. I think the scent has changed a bit after a 2 yr'ish that I own it. It doesn't smell to me like at the beginning ;/

Unfortunately, I’ve been feeling the same way about DBIR. I still think it smells good, but I’m just not interested anymore. Since January, It’s been my bedtime scent.

I just find that most designer frags today smell too similar. Maybe they are using a lot of the same ingredients since many are owned by the same production corporations.
I miss the more interesting fragrances from designers. One of my favorites is still Aura by Mugler but of course L’Oréal discontinued it.
-Pallas Athene does not get enough attention. And for some reason is was reviewed bombed on Fragrantica. Totally unwarranted, it’s a beautiful fragrance.
-I agree on Xerjoff Ouds. Even their more challenging ouds are well done.
I don’t trust the reviews on fragrantica… some people put stuff up before the fragrance is even released 🤦🏻♀️ but it is entertaining 😆 Pallas Athene is so beautiful. 😻

I think you misunderstood me. I never said it wasn’t designer. It’s a designer perfume I used to love. I still love designer perfumes, but DBIR is starting to smell a bit boring and generic to me.

I wore Dama Bianca to my cousin's baby shower last weekend. She always feels nauseous. I didn't want to overwhelm her with something too bold or loud. It was a good choice.
Just got Remember Me. I know I'll be wearing that one in the coming weeks and slowly go for florals and musks. 😊
