Titanium is a highly biocompatible material and millions of Titanium implants have been placed all over the world... by both Orthopedic surgeons as well as Dental surgeons in the past few decades. There has been no evidence of any kind pertaining to Titanium implants causing cancer, to date. However, there are extremely rare cases of allergy reported to Titanium, but none in my implant practice over the span of 12 years.
Coming to pain regarding the dental implant procedure, we do the procedures under anesthesia and therefore absolutely no pain is experienced by the patient. The post-operative recovery phase is also generally uneventful without much of pain and discomfort... especially with cortico-basal implants we use in our practice.

എൻ്റെ മുകളിലത്തെ സൈഡിലെ രണ്ട് അണ പല്ലുകൾ rooot canal ചെയ്തതാണ് എനിക്ക് ഇപ്പൊൾ clip ഇടണം എന്ന് ഉണ്ട് എനി അത് സാധിക്കുമോ
തന്ന വിവരങ്ങളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ രോഗനിർണയം സാധ്യമല്ല. Xrayയോട് കൂടി ഒരു Clinical Examination ചെയ്താൽ മാത്രമേ അഭിപ്രായം പറയാൻ സാധിക്കൂ.
Side effects und future
Sir... I missed my 2 lower teeth because of gum disease. RPD with side clasp is placed. The metal clasp disturbing my tongue with slight mark but it is not red mark or wound. Is there any problem with it? Will it turn to pre Cancerous lesion?
Thank you for your question. It will be better if you get the RPD replaced with a fixed solution... either a bridgework or implant supported prosthesis. The implant supported prosthesis will be the best option as it is minimally invasive and provides you with a solution which is more or less like your natural teeth... without affecting the adjacent teeth much. RPDs with clasps can create trouble in the long run... which includes chronic irritation of the tongue and gums in addition to contributing to progress of gum disease.

We routinely perform advanced immediate loading implants that facilitate fixation of teeth within 3 days of implant surgery, even in situations where there is little or no bone as well as in diabetic patients and smokers. As most of the implant surgical procedures are minimally invasive keyhole procedures, patients recover very fast during the post-operative phase and experience minimum discomfort.

Cheek of left side lower than that of right and see as asymetrical. It occurred after Bridge. Really the bridge done after two years of extraction of that molar. At that time nothing was not as this. But with in 3 months afterbridge it occurred.any solution for it?
Thank you for your question. It is not possible to comment on your situation without a proper clinical evaluation. A change of bridgework after recontouring it to add fullness to the cheek might help solve the problem... but again your dentist has to take a decision on this.

8 വർഷം മുന്നേ എന്റെ ഫ്രണ്ടിലെ രണ്ടു പല്ല് ഒരു ആക്‌സിഡന്റ് കാരണം ചെറുതായി പൊട്ടിയിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ ആ രണ്ടു പല്ല് മാത്രം crown ചെയ്തു cap ഇട്ടു ഇപ്പോൾ കുഴപ്പം ഒന്നും ഇല്ല.
