That's why you gotta play the English versions, I've even heard of people like video Kojima (creator of metal gear solid) have been known to sit their grievances with Japanese censorship in their art. Luckily Americas first amendment is actually pretty strong, that's why I love playing Japanese games in America/English

He's playing the Japanese version of resident evil 7, Japan doesn't allow gore, that's why he keeps his hand at the start and the officers head doesn't get split in half, there are some more changes tho Edit: I think he's also playing the demo of re7, not sure abt that

I played this on normal and those cages were not there. It means there are changes between normal and madhouse.
Madhouse difficulty pretty much changes everything. It’s not just a simple difficulty change.
