@@ok4assange866 im playing on Console too actually on the series x. You need good Timing and as he comes close to you you can either try to block or shoot him with the Canon, which is easir. Everytime he comes chasing you just hit him with Canon. If hes further away just shoot the red Marks on his body also when he he comes close to you. But if hes literally infront of you just use your big weapon. Thats should help you i think

I've only ever played this game in 3rd person (I always wait for the Gold Editions) & I have to say, it's definitely the better option in my opinion. It really drives home the "sequel to RE4" feel this game already has, & now I can't even imagine playing it in 1st person. Definitely DEFINITELY recommend a replay in 3rd person if you can.

When you pause the game, the timer will stop as it only counts your playing time, not your session time. So when he clicks an option, like opening a drawer, he repeatedly pauses and unpauses the game to save time. While doing that, the drawer opening animation will be canceled, but you will still be able to get the stuff in it. I don't know why about the latter part because I have only recently played this game, lol.

But then again thanks for informing me either way. -I'm aware of how stupid the speedrun moderaters are, they won't allow mods that literally do nothing to the speedrun and they won't even allow the 'no intro' speedrun category. It sucks for the viewers since there's no meme mods and we have to watch the 5 minute intro. Imagine how depressing it is for the speedrunners

Well, it's what I said & also, the game timer doesn't count down when paused, so he's pause buffering until he sees the Checkpoint marker, then Restarts at that checkpoint to skip the needless dialogue & slower scripted events.
they really need to just make a mod to skip the intro section, and just give everyone the same time since the intro is so tight, its hard not to do it perfectly. its just boring.
I think the person saying Dist hated little nightmares 2 run more is crazy. Dist is clearly getting burnt out on this, more than LN2 i think. I love the runs but i hope he doesnt make himself actually hate the game
Does anyone know if heisenberg is on a timer or something in his first phase ? I feel like dist destroyed more sets of his weak points than I did when I played on VoS.
It might be I remember playing him too and dying a lot so I got good at shooting his spots and I destroyed a shit ton of them before the phase when you are on foot

He used to do speedruns with no cam/voiceover. Was so much better. I understand the frustration of bad rng in speedruns but with how he acts he makes something that would otherwise be incredible depressing and boring.

Any% NG+ casual difficulty is 1 hr 22 min. This legend did VoS in 1 hr 39 min. Only 17 min difference between an OP category & the most difficult one.
The biggest time save in the categories happens during the boss fights. In casual most things die almost immediately.

Yup. I've been stuck on this for entire 2 hours. I was using the strat of waiting to use the rocket when he gets too close. It's not working lol

When you pause the game, the timer will stop as it only counts your playing time, not your session time. So when he clicks an option, like opening a drawer, he repeatedly pauses and unpauses the game to save time. If you Open a case and you press "Pause" and scroll 2+ the menu and press "Pause" again and fast "F" you get the item before the case is Open 😎💪

I think it's to save time when picking up items and to reset enemy and his own position, which is why he restarts after he gets a checkpoint.
