Thank you so much, I never really realized how much I contributed to my own heart chakra problems. My earlier years reflect how much I gave too much of myself and now as I've gotten older, I've retracted to not wanting to receive love. So all that you said spoke to me. Now I realize yes, I could be having a blockage and must heal in order to do my life work. ♥️
These descriptions remind me of past experiences in friendships. Gave without thinking of myself, never realising what I was doing and had to learn to put myself first (and cut a load of ppl out in the process) Going through your chakra series 👍🏾
I'm not sure if my heart chakra is blocked but I think it's blocked cos my heart feels like nothing can get into it it's like air can't pass through it I don't know how to explain it like I just don't feel any type of attraction towards anyone anymore even when listening to love music I can't feel it in my soul I want love and I don't want it at the same time but I think what I'm feeling is different from this explanation cos I'm not Jealous just that when I like someone today maybe I feel bit attraction towards them within few hours I'll stop feeling that way towards them it's just like not having emotions it really hard to explain it's just weird

Could be sacral chakra . Sacral deals with feelings , emotions, & relationships
