    This dish looks so delicious 😋
    Eegplant is one of my best favourites. You can diffuse lots of flavours into eggplant 🍆 because of its sponginess .
    In persia / Iran , they also have a dish very close to this dish , called " eggplants koko " it taste very nice with added cinemon or coarse black pepper
