I use an app called SketchUp for my 3d modeling. It's really intuitive and pretty easy to learn. There's definitely more robust modeling apps if you want to get more involved with your renderings but for a good basic reference sketch, I find it the easiest of the bunch.
Hi! We added those extra skids in the front to support the load carried down through the studs surrounding the large door opening. When we initially planned the opening we accounted for roof load with the header above but forgot to consider a proper footing for the load carried down to the ground. It might not have been entirely necessary, but we figured the added support couldn't hurt. Thanks for asking!

It looks like you have additional skids though shorter in the flooring system. What is the purpose? Why were these not continued the entire length?
