Although I'm not female myself, this is a topic I've been thinking about a lot. While I can't realistically expect my male colleagues to forfeit their privileges, what truly frustrates me is their failure/refusal to acknowledge the existence of those privileges or the conditions that disproportionately affect women 😞 It's undoubtedly a complex and challenging topic
