It's something in Marko's vlogs just makes my day and inspires me to become a software engineer myself. The element of exploring the city, his random coding, talking with his peers, or just his vlogging style.
Hello Marko, from Greece. I'am studying Computer science and i want it to tell you, that i like very much your videos and makes me want study more and more about coding.
Hi Marko, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your amazing UA-cam videos. I've been watching your videos for a while now, and I've learned so much from them. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your work. Your videos have helped me to learn and grow, and I'm so grateful for that. I wish you all the best in the future, and I hope you continue to make amazing videos. Thanks again, Syuhada Ramadhan
I can't wait to see what you have in store for the next episode. Your videos are always full of energy and enthusiasm, and they motivate me to pursue my goals as a junior engineer. You are a great role model and a source of amazing ideas. Thank you for creating such awesome content.
The mark(o) of any good entrepreneur is someone who can remain optimistic in the face of uncertainty, negativity, and criticism. I am being told constantly by people that my startup idea will not work, and I ignore them and keep chugging on. I don’t care if I fail, I’d rather try and fail then never try in first place. Here’s to a productive summer!
Heyy, thank you for such a nice comment! 😃 I’m excited for your journey, feel free to join the discord and share your project, maybe we can give you some feedback or even try it out when it’s ready! 😃
On Tuesday I had my first technical interview, unfortunately today I received information that I did not pass. I've disappointed myself a bit, but I hope I won't give up. Your videos still keep me alive.
Hey Marko great series! I've been watching your vlogs since your first day in the life vlog. You've actually inspired me to change careers, and here I am, trying to get into tech by becoming a dev. Best of luck!
Nice video Marko, I look forward to your next video and see how this project results. One thing i had to say , because we turks are oversensitive 😅 The traditional dish you talked about is actually from turkey. Have a nice summer.
Great trip and views of Greece. So do you get to telecommute to your Norweigan company from there? Guessing with the time difference could be an issue? Great vid.
Hi Marco, I really like your videos so I decided to ask you what programming languages you know. What resources can you recommend for learning programming languages?
Have you ever been in Turkiye? Almost all the foods in Greece are taken from Turkiye. They just changed the names of it lol. If you consider visiting Istanbul I can be your guide I live there!
Hey this video is a mix of iPhone 14 pro and the Sony A7iv 😃 most of it is the Sony, and the shots of the beach, boat and car at the end are iPhone. And of course underwater is also iPhone 😃
Great vid!! Just an fyi from a fellow Greek subscriber, anyhow in Greek is translated to "όπως και να έχει". The greek word "οπωςδήποτε" means certainly
Hi Marko.. Sta ima :) ? Your videos are great man. What I like the most is fact that you dont show some kind of fancy day of life, like gym, only eating and drinking, hangingout with friends etc. I am really enjoying watching it. Like you I am from balkan, living in western country but I am junior, just get out from uni and since april working as junior software developer. In your videos I sow that you are using type script a lot of time. Can you tell me what are you using for backend and what for frontend? Springboot or Node etc...angular - react or non of them? What technology do you use when doing your projects?
Greek Tradiotional Salad (ΧΩΡΙΑΤΙΚΗ ΣΤΑ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ ) is the must salad for Greek's Vacation. The best summer food for Greeks ! Cheers from my beautiful country GREECE 💙
Amazing Vlog Marko , with those inspiring words, Fantastic vlog! Loved the engaging content and your storytelling style. The visuals and editing were top-notch, keeping me hooked throughout. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to more exciting vlogs from you. 👍
Im new here in the channel, really enjoin. I just have one tip: Sometimes when you're speaking words with "s" "f" letters, theres is a High Pitch in the mic that really hurts my ears ahahahahah
Hey Marko, how are you doing? Great video, you know, I have watched it twice already and I am watching it for the third time now. I really like your videos because you just (somehow) find a way to make me feel relaxed and calm. Thank You, Keep up your great work, Good luck on your amazing UA-cam journey... 😃😃😃😃😄😄😄😄
I am following you from very beginning. I am also a software engineer from Hyderabad India. Also planning to build something on side. You are my inspiration
Hey Mark, cool video as usual, I really enjoy them. I wanted to ask you, does university's degree grade matter in landing jobs? I ask this because I am not doing very well in my first year in uni and I am really sad about it
Hey yes, it's possible, as long as I don't install any weird software and follow the safety rules. I only use dev software anyway both for work and personal, so it's same-same 😂
This should be a tutorial on how to NOT build anything lol XD - no idea what data is needed nor what to do with it - no legitimate requirements - no use cases - no potential users/audience - no POCs - 'architecture' pull straight from the ass due to all of the above But there are T H E M E S XD
Hey building something in public is slightly different from building something in a cubicle 😃 I need a strong visual foundation so that people can anchor what I am talking about to some form of UI or flow. Most people do that with mock-ups and UI designs, but I prefer to code my UI since I’m slow when I work in Figma and I can’t use the final result anyway. So I chose to code up something fun and visual early on, and as I go I will be replacing the mock data in the charts with real data coming from the backend, and as I go I will have time to think about the backend architecture and formulate requirements there. 😃 Also it’s not a tutorial, it’s a vlog 😃
@@withmarko looking at the comments it's clear that people are inspired by the vlogs, so the approach definitely pays off ;) Would be sad when they realize it's not how software is built - not only in cubicles, also in FOSS or startups :) Cheers
