Makes total sense! I was chasing after him for his attention and approval, and he kept running away. As soon as i pull back, he starts reaching out. But i know it's not about playing hard to get, but to be truly self sufficient and have unconditional love for and expect nothing back from him. No one likes to feeling being pressured into doing something to please another person period. I hate how i’m normally the chaser most of the time i hate it. But it’s more common than people think. Women are the chasers and men are the runners. I can‘t believe how similar our stories are. For us, it‘s been 20 years, he was always the one reaching out, last year I‘ve let him in. He told me that he was in love with me from the first time seeing me two decades ago and that he was sorry he never told me, but he didn’t know how to deal with these intense feelings and that back than, he was scared that he would not know how to love me. I learned quickly that when I try to hurt my twin I only hurt myself. I blocked mine in frustration and I was devastated lol I have been on their journey for awhile. I have learned to let go and focus on me instead. And things are so much better now.
I believe we are in the separation faze right now. He was away in another Provence for 3 years and just came back around 3 months ago. I talked to him the day he was coming back. He hasn’t messaged me since. He always talks to me when I message him but I decided I’m not chasing anymore. Also we have had a lot of purges happen the last year and when that happens he always goes silent on me. It was very one sided. I was doing everything I could Of course I’ve had all these crazy twin flame experiences being the feminine energy or awakend one. But he needs to relize this connection himself. It dosnt matter how much you tell them. The only way they will relize this connection is different. Is by letting go. Giving them space to miss you and think about you. So I stopped chasing. That has come with time. I am at the point were I’m content on my own. And trusting in God. I have relized the hard way I have no control over it lol.

after 17 years of chasing, I became the runner. His energy has made me have 2 psychotic episodes. The one last year I could feel him chasing me with his energy and it was a nightmare. I was the chaser/pusher throughout our relationship, I became the runner when he told me something which he kept secret for more than a year where I did my best to tell him nothing but the truth and I had wanted to hang on upon the truth was revealed but somehow the last night of our last conversation I lost it when he said he loves his dead ex gf 60% and me 40% on good days, that flipped me over and I ran because all I did was do my best for him to survive but all I get was that miserable amount of love he could spare me. I met my Twin on 11.11.15 and boy oh boy it was an extreme activation, synchronicity on hyper levels and that night the most beautiful shooting star that came from the left of sky, stopped in front of us and got twice as bright then shot off to the right. Most of the time I’ve been the chaser, even-though at times I’ve been the runner. We met 14 years ago we reconnected last year after 10 years again, funnily enough I wanted to have completion with him, once and for all. I didn’t know about twin flames then. I’ve done massive karmic clearing and I had a conversation with him ( TF) recently and it opened up very painful wounds. I have detached from the labels and I thought we were closer to union based on the energy I felt but i don’t think he is there yet and tbh I don’t know if he will ever be. I believe he has his own healing process and his timing is on slow motion. He is aware of this bond and he believes hr still has a saying and a role to play in my life, however he is dobting it . I guess time will tell. I ‘m still in chasing energy , and I am aware that I need to just focus on myself . He needs to do his part and in order for the relationship to be balanced there has to be equal give and take. So I would say focus on yourself, live your life and everything will unfold in divine timing. The separation is for healing….there is no logic in this, the suffering can be excruciating painful at times…

I was unaware DF and instead of mirror technique I used "neither/neither" to pull my aware DM closer, then let her go, as the repelling stage is part of the dynamic and both remain in harmony. we had to align before we could merge and parts of the alignment can only be done separately.

I was a chaser for 2 solid years, the last time I had an interaction a year ago, I saw he not only didn't change, his karmic made him 1000% worse, he's not the person I fell for, my guides said run, so I ran! I've been running ever since. I am terrified of him now. Whenever I feel his energy reaching out, it sends me into a panic and I freak out. I was the runner for 3 1/2 years we were together during this time, but I could never fully trust the relationship. Yes infinity I cut my energy last September from my TF and i am sorry I did it I see her looking so hard at me,
during the “switch” i will notice that she will start posting a lot more on the social media platform I am not blocked on. Obviously curiosity keeps me checking in once a week or so. Which I’m doing my best to curb. I think she can definitely feel me pulling away. It’s unfortunate how she is trying to make me jealous instead of actually apologizing/wanting to work together. At first I thought her rebound was going to succeed but I learned more about how rebounds fail and emotionally unavailable people just want relationships where they know they aren’t that invested or interested in. So if a break up happens they don’t have to process grief. She has mentioned openly one day out of frustration that she “enjoys being chased and doesn’t like things easy”. Obviously that’s unhealthy. I feel like we are both obsessed with one another in unhealthy ways. The anxious and avoidant relationship. I’ve known her for 7 years and we have been in no contact for 6 months now.
I’m really focused on me and own health but there is apart of me that says “why can’t we grow together? There will be a more perfect time than now?” :/

I was the chaser now I am the runner or maybe the don’t care person. He was hurtful at first and as soon as I switched to the don’t care and put the energy on me he’s coming around but not necessarily completely. I’m not sure what we are but I keep getting signs and seeing his name everywhere. When I asked if he still had me packed away he said yes and he thought it was clear with half hearted contact then they blocked him and I see that he goes to my website since he can’t see anything on social media.

I think the concept of runner chaser is a misunderstanding. For me It feel it's more like they both run from their self and each other. One part is the feeler and one part the manifesting. So the feeler have to change and go within their self and feel everything and transform, then they are able to change the dynamic and the energy which will manifest with the other part.
