I've recently become the runner, for the 2nd time. You are absolutely right, once I've set some of those healthy boundaries and shifted all of my energy back to myself, is when I felt such an empowerment, peace, my clair senses getting more and more activated, the connection to the Universe getting stronger, the constant thurst and hunger for knowledge and expansion is beyond magical 🤗🦋♾️
My TF senses this very much, has shifted back from the runner dymamic to chasing again, and I can feel him going through his own ego degradation.

I have reached a point where I don’t care anymore 😂 I’m so happy of how I changed my life, the person I’m becoming, all the things I do fulfills me and give me so much joy!! His energy is always present, the numbers, the dreams etc but it doesn’t bother me or makes me feel anything in particular, it is just there. It’s part of my life now. This is so interesting. After doing well, not so well, I am back on track. I guess I was letting negative energy go. I feel I am beginning to stop chasing energetically. I am back to feeling neutral in a way. I feel I am beginning to come into union with myself. Not there yet, but beginning.
As I move along my journey, I have to revisit your videos. I have reached the point of feeling toward my twin the way I felt before heart center activation: neutral. I now have that love for myself. (Self worth, maybe). It has been almost a year since he left. I felt a nice connection when we first met, but it was not intense. No more longing, missing, wishing anymore.. I could never be with him in the 3D in his unhealed state ever again. My life is better now. If he returns healed, I would consider reunion.
Thank you Alexx for this completely accurate explanation of the runner and chaser dynamic. Your example of this dynamic did resonate with me. My runner started out as the chaser as I hesitated and struggled with the authenticity of our connection.
It was hilarious listening to your fictional twin characters, as though you were describing my interactions and the beginning of the journey with my twin to a T, it was a little uncanny! Also, so helpful to hear at this moment as I anchor more and more in the 5 d. It's only been over the past few months that I have literally felt a subtle but distinct and unique energy shift from my twin, knowing it would have to happen at some point, the way you described this process, gave me another aha letting go moment :) Thank you!

I’m just being a friend with support because that’s what we are actually and I’m just coaching him through to guide him into better alignment & shifting towards a higher vibration . I honestly wish someone was coaching me through my ego degradation instead of being alone in the dark. This is all so fascinating to be a part of and watch with your explanations. And usually with fascinating things, you get so excited that you want to tell your friends, but nobody would understand so I just don’t 😂
I was a mini runner in the getting to know stage before we hung out. I felt my insecurities rise and i was like fuck it, im not going to deal with this because its not worth it. I never ended up leaving though, obviiiiii - heee diiddd lol
I feel maybe someone is my twin flame. I never really paid attention to her until she seemed like she was showing interest. Now, I'm thinking she was just trying to be friendly.
I asked her to be my valentine last year. She said yes, but stood me up. Then started acting funny.
I tried to be the bigger person & still be interactive with her. The whole year she been acting hot & cold towards me. Speak sometimes, won't most.
(I guess I should have mentioned we're coworkers)
I gotten to the point where I stopped trying to prove to her that I really care about her.
I'm trying so hard to stop thinking about her. I told myself I won't speak to her no more unless it's work related.
It hurts though. Because I feel some devine connection to her on a spiritual level. But, I let go.
Or, at least I'm trying to let go. I was fine chillin' in my own introverted lil world. I have a small group of people at work that I talk to, but I always stay to myself.
I was minding my own business not thinking about nobody. Now I can't get her off my mind & heart, but I wish her the best!!!

Dammit Alex, the timing of this one is particularly spooky for me. I’ve been especially curious recently about if or when this reversal in roles would occur, and now am left wondering to what degree this is happening to me in real time. Time will tell! Thank you for your insights.
Thank you for the video. This video explained one of the biggest question I had in my mind in the last few weeks. Since it's used to be that the chaser is the one who first started to talk about the concept of TF. But in my case it seemed that I was the runner who brought up the topic and it's been in my mind since then. Now, yesterday I've just became the chaser as we've just entered our first separation phase.

The truth is once you’re no longer chasing them is when you realize that you no longer need them anymore and you start seeing them for who they really are and the 3-D world and perhaps you realize that the connection was at the 5-D spiritual level and not necessarily a match and the 3-D
My energy connection was pure baphemote (or something like that, I don't know anything about demons). devilish. and on the ego level, i.e. the conscious level, I am quite okay. I wonder what I did to deserve this... And so does my Twin, because we are modest people. I keep thinking about why this dark creature wanted to bring us together...
@drkra2003 I actually 100% agree with your comment, which is why I always say that once you reach Union with the Self, you will be able to make the choice whether you want to be with your Twin or not on the 3D. Non-attachment very much changes things. It's up to each and every Ego once they get there.
right, in other words, there really arent "all that great." the draw was the lessons - but thats how it is for all people we learn from.
@@mjey1 I honestly don’t know if everybody goes through my same experience but after almost 3 years, I realize that his ego is not going away and his life style and this 3-D world is not matching mine. I am not willing to challenge myself with all the facts that I have just to see if this relationship would work. I’d rather move forward with my life and let him be who he really wants to be in this world. I know that there is still an energetic connection that I am connected to, but I am disregarding it as much as I can and moving on with my life. Peace be with him
@@TwinFlamesForever-i5u I think a lot of people can relate to what you are going through, a lot of the DMS have strong egos because they are the materialistic twin. That's why I think a lot of the unions do not take place and a lot of karma isn't created with twins like having families together and whatnot. After all the goal of the relationship is to have spiritual growth it's not about 3d. 3d is the extra if all parties feel like it
THANK YOU SO MUCH❤i've been thinking about that these days and couldn't fully understand why he was so obsessed and emotionally attached to me immediately when we first met physically and at the beginning of our relationship and why i felt so scared😅when i'm the "chaser". i remember that i didn't want "too serious " relationship with him because i was scared of being loved by him that much and also scared of loving him😅and the strong energy was freaking me out. now he's scared i think, trying to figure out why he can't just move on. we have our third separation phase.
I was the same. I didn't want anything "too serious" and my Twin's energy scared the crap out of me. But then the first separation hit and it was the biggest flip ever. All of my best and highest vibrations to you in your current separation 🙏

Alexx, I’m confused. When you mention in most of your videos “we are all the same - your twin flame doesn’t exist/is you/it’s all egoic concepts” are you speaking of the higher truth of the universe? Being alive as a human gives you a sense that two truths coexist at once. Of course the “ultimate” truth is that we are all that same source energy consciousness manifesting in different forms… but can you explain why the twin is differentiated from everyone else “down here”? Is it that their energetic frequency is the closest match to yours/your higher self? More of a match than soul mate/karmic/non soul family members? Otherwise there’d be no such thing as a twin or any soul family member

What differentiates the twin from the soulmate or karmic down here literally and energetically? Cause from the higher level all humans and non humans are the same. But it’s clearly different in the 3D otherwise everyone would be your twin flame. Is it that your twins energetic identity is an identical match to yours, whereas a soulmate is only a partial match/reflection and a non soul family member is only a tiny reflection of your inner energy?
Obviously you’ve gone into extensive detail of how they all show up and behave differently but I’m asking what is the literal 3D difference that makes them different
@@ZenGal The 3D difference is how the Ego filters the energy. That's it. We recognize a fraction of the same energy in a Soulmate, we have no recognition of energy in a non-Soul Family member, we recognize we are the universe with a Twin Flame. That's the entire purpose of Twin Flames.
( Alexx, ive been asking so many questions on various videos, in my head you are a friend now haha, hope you dont mind). Now my doubt is, I have all this information... that once I stop really chasing it will cause his ego degradation, which I am not really keen on because he is getting into a new job role. But even then, will having this knowledge that his ego death will occur if i stop chasing somehow prevent me from authentically stop chasing? Cz it becomes like an action to bring change in the dynamics.
Also, what are connection symptoms?
There's a lot of judgment in that statement (that's not a negative comment) regarding what's best for your Twin's Ego when you should be concerned only about yours at this time. I don’t know what the inner union exactly is but I’ve reached the point where I don’t chase anymore and feel peace within even if I still have fear. At this moment, my twin started to go thru DKOTS with intense anger, fear, sadness and everything. I feel it all and it break my heart litteraly. I have to go to the hospital for 2 days. 1 month since then, my soul call me everyday to comeback to him. I’m changing in everyway, wearing like him, smoking and running but cannot deny this calling. I don’t know what to do next 😢

If I may write something: I felt exactly what Alexx was saying at the beginning. as TF runner. But these feelings were so sweet that I wanted to keep them at a distance and contemplate the other person. my chaser wanted to consume me. the whole story. by the way, I'm proud of my running skills: I'd probably be a single mother now😜 seeing the dynamics of these relationships. and that would be a disaster for my ego.

This would fall into the category of "3D differences between Twin Flames" which is the title of a video I have. There could be two things going on here: 1. You manifested a Twin at a distance for some lesson to be shown to you. Or 2. It's not a Twin but a Soulmate + Karmic. I say this because if it's a Twin, the Higher Self will do whatever's 3D possible to push you towards one another. I’m still confused about something. It seems like your twin flame would be your ideal match, spiritual partner, your mirror (not saying that they complete you). Could it be that your twin flame would be someone very insecure, has a terrible money mindset, and doesn’t know how to hold space for women even though you’re on a healing journey, you are learning to love yourself and rebalancing your feminine energy? It confuses me even though there’s much respect and understanding between us.
All of those things you mentioned are Ego. It's possible for a Twin to have any Egoic characteristics out there, but you liking their Ego is another story. It's about what your Ego can handle and what you view as healthy for your own life 🙏

I am in a soul connection marriage. I have no idea about how my so-called “twin flame” is doing. I say so called because I am still confused. We met young, then he’s popped into my life every ten years, it seems, but we don’t have healthy interactions (he only reverts toward physical intimacy). Anyway… he is on his second marriage. If my marriage is happy and I “don’t care” about a 3 d union, will the universe make this happen, or not happen based on what I wanted inthe 5d in terms of soul purpose? I know I shouldn’t worry and just let the universe do its thing, but it’s difficult to manifest a happily ever after and growing old with my soulmate if the universe has other plans. This is why I wonder if this other guy is a twin flame or not
