Yes, the sadness hits like a shit ton of bricks. The heart ache is very real, and I find myself saying "I miss you" out of nowhere at random times too. I experience all these things, and it is painful. No wonder why I haven't been able to find anyone else. No one else has satisfied. We were forced apart due to cultural differences. I am so overwhelmed by this. At very random times of the day I start crying, but the pain is sooooooo deep that I literally cannot function. And I don't know where it's coming from. Cos I'll be busy cleaning or cooking or just doing random things then it happens. I have this constant inexplicable feeling in the pit of my stomach that I don't know what to make of. Sometimes i just start feeling panicked for no reason. I have these really intense dreams about him and in one of these very vivid dreams he's holding me so tightly and even though I'm so happy I can feel his sadness and he's actually begging me not to let go. Telling me to hold onto him. He's saying in the dream, baby I'm so sorry for all the hurt, please don't let me go. Then I had another vivid dream where he's trying to call me but there is interference in the signal and he comes through eventually only to tell me that he loves me and then the call ends. These dreams are becoming more and more and more real. I feel like I'm possessed by him. I've been praying and trying to let him go. And I even asked God to just let me be free, then I had a dream of us getting married that was so real, and in the dream he even tells me where we are, but I've never heard of this place before. Last night I dreamt that he emailed me, I dreamt I was going through my emails and then I see an email from him, but just as I'm about to open it I go into another scene where I'm taking his hand. He's very hairy so I know its him as he's reaching out his arm to me. And I'm puttinga ring on his finger after I've been to a few jewelry stores. This is so overwhelming. Even after three years, I sometimes start missing her. Seeing her name, or either the word "fox" or some kind of reference to foxes. I never felt a connection like this one, and it took me awhile to stop missing and thinking about her every day, but even still, I randomly feel that again from time to time.
Last time I saw him, he left early for work and I went back to sleep. I had a dream, it was so realistic almost like sleep paralysis (that I’ve had a lot) but in this dream/vision he came back, gently woke me up by staring at me and told me “I love you”. I think that started my freak out, the doubts, not comprehending what was happening. Before, I’ve even told my mom that it’s like “I never have to ever hear him say those words. I feel it. I just “know”, I can’t explain it!” But it’s like that dream scared my ego so badly, blinding me to alll of what I just knew and the fear I’d never hear those words from him allowed the floodgates to bust open filling me with doubt that hurt so much, I hurt him.
Yesterday, I felt a huge wave of energy leaving me in tears. Such a warm feeling in the heart space, like a pull. It all reminded me of him. I still can't understand whether it was him or just me, madly in love. And yes, most of my dreams are about him out of which I remember few, but deep down I always know, we meet in my dreams. One more thing, whenever I get busy in life, completely not thinking about him, I see repeated numbers and his name everywhere. What does this mean?
Universe is responding to everyone, TFs, soulmates and karmics. The signs and symbols in form of repeated numbers or a particular name, implies some guidance with respect to that particular person or some related event. @@motleydude73 truth to be told, I have experienced this with my other love interests as well. When I found my soulmate, there were signs and symbols, later with a karmic the experience was similar. So, yes these things can happen with other partners also, which has been reflected out of my experience. But the only difference between a TF connection and others is the inner knowing in form of spiritual awakening. Meeting your TWIN FLAME changes everything, the way of perceiving things, the existence....basically your world turns upside down.

Every now and then I have these horrible pits of despair regarding him. I just had one yesterday. I know I triggered it because I felt strongly urged to send him a very loving and heart felt message and about an hour later, I get heart palpitations (these are connected to my twin), and I'm just baling for hours and I feel like I can't stop it so I don't even try, but then I felt better and started getting more heart palpitations. I'm very connected to my twin through my heart, and sacral to where I can feel it physically. I feel him all the time and sometimes it drives me crazy but lately the energy has been comforting. But are they consciously missing us? A few minutes after waking up I started to feel this sadness. I sat with it to understand where it’s coming from and I am not sure it’s mine. I think the sadness is coming from him but I’m always curious if it’s conscious for them. If they feel it and can identity that this longing is for their other half. I miss him more then anything for the last two years. Being separated from him is the worse pain i ever experienced. I tried to move on with my high school sweetheart but honestly i couldn't because I continued to feel/ Think about Phil none stop. It was exciting to reconnect with my first love after 22 years. I didn't know anything about twin flame when he came back into my Life from young teens. Until he began acting strange towards me after being so high on top of the world. My confusion about our relationship lead me to this video. It so much to understand what the heck was going on.
I once found a video explaining why I cannot stop thinking of her. There I learned about twin flames for the first time. It was a Sunday evening. I went to bed to meditate on the concept. As soon as I laid, I felt my heart very warm and “saw” it in red and green light, emitting a tiny silver beam to the East, to her country. I did not understand what happened because the only silver cord I had known of is that which connects soul and body, a bit lower. Months later I had the opportunity to share this experience with a spiritually advanced senior who informed me this is a different silver cord and that she is my twin flame. Then he warned me: “Do not have sexual intercourse with her”. Now this is the second confirmation of a silver beam bonding us from our hearts. I have had several other signs telling we are TF. She has had a few, yet she does not seem to recognize my soul even though that very evening I sent her a message telling about TF and what had just happened to me. I have been inside his body twice in the past week. I found myself crying uncontrollably over having done something hurtful TO ME, and my heart was so sore, it felt like I was grieving over someone who died. He was grieving and saying out loud he was sorry for the stupid thing, in his own words. I could not make this up. I was actually BEING HIM, and making this apology to me in his own words. I have done a considerable amount of Gestalt and other role play therapy, and this was nothing like it. I was fully inside his consciousness, and feeling his emotions physically.
Oh boy what did I get into. Thank goodness I am so much stronger than 5 years ago. Im unpacking and playing love songs, getting in tune with myself and taking care of me, but they are always in the back of my mind. I just flew back home and it was so sad to hug them goodbye. I’m having a really hard time with separation from my twin flame. This is exactly what happens to me. I have been saying my heart aches for him. I have been sensing our telepathic connection. During Xmas time it was hard to focus on enjoying the holiday because I was so intensely sad and it kept growing out of know where and I would cry. I would talk to him and tell him I love you and I miss. you. I told him before our separation that I would talk to him when we were apart on a spiritual level when there was no way to communicate. So that makes me feel like maybe he’s listening. I need to feel as though there is hope in order to be ok and go about my life. Even though the odds are completely against any type of communication or reunion. He is married now with two kids. He was caught cheating with me. I was absolutely devastated. I had no idea sense he was working out of town and we both have busy lives with work. I broke up with him for six months in the beginning. That’s probably when the other relationship started. I want him ti be with me but I also want him to be with his family. I’m torn and I know he feels the same. He had a previous marriage and kids where both parents lost custody. I know he loves his children and has always wanted ti be there to raise them as a family. This is like a second chance. I can’t compete with a man’s love for his children. Or take him away from that. I told him that’s what I love most about him. The fact that he sacrifices and works so hard for his kids just like me. I’m so sad everyday now. I have to keep hope alive or else I have a weird sensation of overwhelming sadness and tears and feel a hard time breathing. So I hold on to hope. He quit talking to me last Monday. I don't know why but he is over 6000 miles away and I feel him and the sadness constantly. Today I'm a little better but it's probably because the sun is finally shining. I haven't ball baby cried yet today but I'm sure it's coming.

Yes, the sadness hits like a shit ton of bricks. The heart ache is very real, and I find myself saying "I miss you" out of nowhere at random times too. I experience all these things, and it is painful. No wonder why I haven't been able to find anyone else. No one else has satisfied. We were forced apart due to cultural differences. She is Japanese, I am American. She communicates with me in the fifth dimension a ton. I hope it translates to the third dimension again soon, and that we find each other shortly.

I don’t know why, but every time I try to focus on work she just pops into my mind. I was almost let her go 6 months ago, but she again came to my mind in November. But it is getting very hard sometimes. I know her ego is much higher than mine. Because of her upbringing and Japanese culture, they don't like to understand this Twin Flame fact. Again, it could be my upbringing and racial emotional energy. Yet, to me, race and religion don't matter to me. I know this is the temporary world. We are just one. IV been feeling this every day, for almost 2 years now. The 1 thing that truly resonated with me was the synchronicities. While we were together, she saw them and I was oblivious to them. But since some time last summer ( of 2022) I started picking up on them out of no where, but today.. omg.. today they are EVERYWHERE, what's worse is somehow.. which is new to me I didn't hear infinity mention it.. but I see her face, in other people. I see her hair in other people just main attributes of hers I see in others. It happens so much so that I'm constantly doing double takes because by the off chance it is her I dont wanna miss it but, it comes out of nowhere. I'll be at the park or with friends out and about, maybe stepped outside for a cig, doesn't matter where or when but it happens most when I'm not thinking about her. Her shape, her hair, her style as as in clothes she wears I see her everywhere everyday now and the synchronicities are just non stop omg...
I still have that hole in my heart. Incomplete. Like somethings missing somethings not right. I never feel at home anywhere. As in typing this I'm getting the heart aches which.. *sigh* getting on my nerves. It legitimately hurts.. idk what drew me to this reading because it's 2 years old at the time that I watched it, and idk what drew me to tell my experiences as I'm usually reserved. I am so overwhelmed by this. At very random times of the day I start crying, but the pain is sooooooo deep that I literally cannot function. And I don't know where it's coming from. Cos I'll be busy cleaning or cooking or just doing random things then it happens. I have this constant inexplicable feeling in the pit of my stomach that I don't know what to make of. Sometimes i just start feeling panicked for no reason. I have these really intense dreams about him and in one of these very vivid dreams he's holding me so tightly and even though I'm so happy I can feel his sadness and he's actually begging me not to let go. Telling me to hold onto him. He's saying in the dream, baby I'm so sorry for all the hurt, please don't let me go. Then I had another vivid dream where he's trying to call me but there is interference in the signal and he comes through eventually only to tell me that he loves me and then the call ends. These dreams are becoming more and more and more real. I feel like I'm possessed by him. I've been praying and trying to let him go. And I even asked God to just let me be free, then I had a dream of us getting married that was so real, and in the dream he even tells me where we are, but I've never heard of this place before. Last night I dreamt that he emailed me, I dreamt I was going through my emails and then I see an email from him, but just as I'm about to open it I go into another scene where I'm taking his hand. He's very hairy so I know its him as he's reaching out his arm to me. And I'm puttinga ring on his finger after I've been to a few jewelry stores. This is so overwhelming. I truly just want to go on living my normal life. I've set him free, but nothing helps. This thing between us feels like it's just getting stronger and stronger. What do I do?

Last time I saw him, he left early for work and I went back to sleep. I had a dream, it was so realistic almost like sleep paralysis (that I’ve had a lot) but in this dream/vision he came back, gently woke me up by staring at me and told me “I love you”. I think that started my freak out, the doubts, not comprehending what was happening. Before, I’ve even told my mom that it’s like “I never have to ever hear him say those words. I feel it. I just “know”, I can’t explain it!” But it’s like that dream scared my ego so badly, blinding me to alll of what I just knew and the fear I’d never hear those words from him allowed the floodgates to bust open filling me with doubt that hurt so much, I hurt him.
Yesterday, I felt a huge wave of energy leaving me in tears. Such a warm feeling in the heart space, like a pull. It all reminded me of him. I still can't understand whether it was him or just me, madly in love. And yes, most of my dreams are about him out of which I remember few, but deep down I always know, we meet in my dreams.
One more thing, whenever I get busy in life, completely not thinking about him, I see repeated numbers and his name everywhere. What does this mean?

Universe is responding to everyone, TFs, soulmates and karmics. @@motleydude73 truth to be told, I have experienced this with my other love interests as well. When I found my soulmate, there were signs and symbols, later with a karmic the experience was similar. So, yes these things can happen with other partners also, which has been reflected out of my experience. But the only difference between a TF connection and others is the inner knowing in form of spiritual awakening. Meeting your TWIN FLAME changes everything, the way of perceiving things, the existence....basically your world turns upside down.

Every now and then I have these horrible pits of despair regarding him. I just had one yesterday. I know I triggered it because I felt strongly urged to send him a very loving and heart felt message and about an hour later, I get heart palpitations (these are connected to my twin), and I'm just baling for hours and I feel like I can't stop it so I don't even try, but then I felt better and started getting more heart palpitations. I'm very connected to my twin through my heart, and sacral to where I can feel it physically. I feel him all the time and sometimes it drives me crazy but lately the energy has been comforting. And just before bed last night I felt the palpitations and I dreamed of him.

I miss him more then anything for the last two years. Being separated from him is the worse pain i ever experienced. I tried to move on with my high school sweetheart but honestly i couldn't because I continued to feel/ Think about Phil none stop. It was exciting to reconnect with my first love after 22 years. I didn't know anything about twin flame when he came back into my Life from young teens. Until he began acting strange towards me after being so high on top of the world. My confusion about our relationship lead me to this video. It so much to understand what the heck was going on.
I once found a video explaining why I cannot stop thinking of her. There I learned about twin flames for the first time. It was a Sunday evening. I went to bed to meditate on the concept. As soon as I laid, I felt my heart very warm and “saw” it in red and green light, emitting a tiny silver beam to the East, to her country. I did not understand what happened because the only silver cord I had known of is that which connects soul and body, a bit lower. Months later I had the opportunity to share this experience with a spiritually advanced senior who informed me this is a different silver cord and that she is my twin flame. Then he warned me: “Do not have sexual intercourse with her”.
Now this is the second confirmation of a silver beam bonding us from our hearts.
I have had several other signs telling we are TF. She has had a few, yet she does not seem to recognize my soul even though that very evening I sent her a message telling about TF and what had just happened to me. At least she says she misses me and keeps me in her heart.

I wonder how true it was, but it worked in me. I would bet something of the sort is keeping a distance between you and your TF.

I have been inside his body twice in the past week. I found myself crying uncontrollably over having done something hurtful TO ME, and my heart was so sore, it felt like I was grieving over someone who died. He was grieving and saying out loud he was sorry for the stupid thing, in his own words. I could not make this up. I was actually BEING HIM, and making this apology to me in his own words. I have done a considerable amount of Gestalt and other role play therapy, and this was nothing like it. I was fully inside his consciousness, and feeling his emotions physically.

I’m having a really hard time with separation from my twin flame. This is exactly what happens to me. I have been saying my heart aches for him. I have been sensing our telepathic connection. During Xmas time it was hard to focus on enjoying the holiday because I was so intensely sad and it kept growing out of know where and I would cry. I would talk to him and tell him I love you and I miss. you. I told him before our separation that I would talk to him when we were apart on a spiritual level when there was no way to communicate. So that makes me feel like maybe he’s listening. I need to feel as though there is hope in order to be ok and go about my life. Even though the odds are completely against any type of communication or reunion. He is married now with two kids. He was caught cheating with me. I was absolutely devastated. I had no idea sense he was working out of town and we both have busy lives with work. I broke up with him for six months in the beginning. That’s probably when the other relationship started. I want him ti be with me but I also want him to be with his family. I’m torn and I know he feels the same. He had a previous marriage and kids where both parents lost custody. I know he loves his children and has always wanted ti be there to raise them as a family. This is like a second chance. I can’t compete with a man’s love for his children. Or take him away from that. I told him that’s what I love most about him. The fact that he sacrifices and works so hard for his kids just like me. I’m so sad everyday now. I have to keep hope alive or else I have a weird sensation of overwhelming sadness and tears and feel a hard time breathing. So I hold on to hope. When I lived near my man, several times I would just get up and look out of my window,once it was through about 2 inch gap in my bedroom curtain and there he was walking past,I lived in a 2nd floor flat, another time I looked out of Juliette balcony doors and he was running across the road right outside, another time I felt freezing so I stood up on a stool by my radiator,I had a small window above it so I was looking out of it and there he was every night I hold my own hand and I squeeze one hand with the other I know that's him,the last time I spoke to him he held my hand,and now he's getting teary because my eyes are,our bond is so strong,I look at his pictures alot, sometimes I can't stop looking at him,so it's very interesting to hear it's because he is missing me, although he did leave me a voicemail msg saying he was sorry he missed me😢

There were days I felt so sad with deep longing and feeling homesick to the place I felt I truly belong but not so sure if its truly exist. Somehow on those same days it will fade. Yes so true, you have said the signs which we can realize only when our intuition grows. One of the incident i would like to share is, on one day when i woke in morning, i had an intense pull towards my twin flame and i was missing him so much and i could not control this missing energy at all. I do feel the feeling if my heart like kind of being pulled out of my chest when going to sleep, it's so weird that it really feels like my heart will come out of my chest and that i could die from it? I know it's not like my heart will come out of my chest, but it's scary i try to wake up and make sure I'm not dying or something? Anyways i know its my twin flame/soul missing me so much? This was a fated meeting we talked and I took her number which she gave me without any complaint, and after getting my pain was lessened .... He quit talking to me last Monday. I don't know why but he is over 6000 miles away and I feel him and the sadness constantly. Today I'm a little better but it's probably because the sun is finally shining. I haven't ball baby cried yet today but I'm sure it's coming.

I told him my feelings a day before I moved abroad in 2019 and it seemed like he didn't felt the same like me. I hugged him when we said goodbye, he hold me for a quite long time. That was beautiful and unforgettable. 3 weeks later he admitted he felt intense attraction towards me, and he wanted to touch me or move closer to me, while we were talking on that day. I couldn't believe him, and I was too afraid to talk about our feelings again so I ran. Later I started to feel the constant heart pain and sadness really hard. I cried a lot and missed him, even though I barely know him personally. After that I still texted him sometime but he started to ghost me. In 2020 I moved back to my home country but not into the same city. We haven't talked to each other for almost two years. He had a girlfriend, they are still together. I tried to move on, still trying, but my unconditional love is neverending. I just don't know what to do.
