Hi, casual pro I don't recommend feeding bearded dragons mealworms because their exoskeleton is very hard so it's easy for the baby to get impacted because they can't digest them. Also, mealworms are not nutrient-dense so it's better to feed them bsfl black soldier fly larvae. or Dubai roaches.
