Thank you for the information about size. Just figured out why my cane was so uncomfortable to use. Being 5'1", I had it up too high. Going to buy one of Honeybull canes now for a back up.
My children keep telling me I need a cane, I was hesitant to get one until I saw this video. I didn’t know how to walk with one and the thought of walking in a stooped over position is a real turn off for me. I did notice you are walking in a stooped over position with that cane. Any tips about that?
I have been using a cane for 2 years now. Wish i had started 2 years earlier when knee issue started. I use Bigfoot cane recommended by brad and Bob. It's big so this would be great if need to go in smaller car. Don't really lean on it, but almostlike walking along with you Really like that this one stands up, which is a big issue with my current one.
Hey B S! We're so happy to hear that you've decided to start using a cane!!! It can really improve your quality of life. Inevitably, you're going to have to stoop over just a little bit so that you can put some of your weight through your hand and the cane. If you straighten up too much, then you won't be able to lean onto the cane. You could try to adjust the cane a bit higher and see if you can stand taller while still leaning on the cane.
Hey Deborah! thanks for sharing how using a cane has been helpful for you! We'll have to look into the bigfoot cane you mentioned. It's a good idea to have 2-3 cane options to fit your different life situations. Cheers to great health!!!
I’m so glad you added how to measure how tall it should be. I am only 4’11” and I have a problem finding shorter canes.
You're welcome lagaringer!!!

You're welcome Tam!!!
What would you recommend to use as a primary cane if you consider this one a good backup?
Foldable canes do feel a bit flimsy. I wonder how that foot on the cane would cope on, say, country path with lots of stone chippings?
Really appreciate videos, but need to show longer video of how to walk with it! ❤️
Do you have any cane recommendations for elderly on a daily basis cane heavy
I bought two of these canes and the bottom price that meets the floor keeps falling off.
don't know what I'm doing wrong or maybe it's defective
