This hair strengthener is amazing!! In my opinion it beats APHOGEE AND CHI, is a fraction of the cost and takes minutes to make. Enjoy Ladybirds! Oh and be sure to check out the related vids I have linked below.

I've been using this tea for two weeks now. I immediately noticed a difference. I spray on my hair a few time a week and seal it in with oil. It's Amazing. Thanks for sharing

@@CurlyProverbz I am about to start some of your techniques, where can I reach you for questions?

@@CurlyProverbz Awesome ! Thank you for taking the time to answer, I will be following you on instagram right now :)
2021!
This tea is the real deal. I added a tsp of brahmi to mine as well. After 4 days of protective styling (I used the tea twice) I literally took my twists out to pre-poo and had almost NO shedding. I could not believe it. Usually, I run my fingers through my hair even lightly and hair comes out with it but for the first time ever, I barely lost any hair. (To be fair, I also added aloe vera gel as a pre-poo in my regimen, so it could be a combination of factors. It’s definitely working for me though and I have type 4 hair)
I recently started watching your videos and I must say that you have luxurious hair. I have started using the henna tea about a week now and I must say it's really a bomb. I do not have the other powders so I used henna alone with my essentials oils and it's quite superb. My hair has been at one length for a few years now and after seeing your videos it inspired me a lot. So my aim is to get thick long hair. I thank you so much with lots of love.
2020 and I’m still here... looking at all your videos. Quarantine got me to you.
Thank you so much for this. I just dyed my hair with henna and I could tell the difference immediately afterwards. You are awesome at giving detailed explanations. Keep the videos coming! 😁😁
Still watching in December 2020, thank you Curly Proverbz!
I'm thinking of adding Hibiscus to this. I'm rocking with you and these video until my hair reaches your length! I have learned so much from you! Also, the tip on MSM sealed the deal! Thanks!

I bumped into this channel a few days ago.....in love with these videos.
I bumped into your channel two days ago, Am totally loving your channel.... Thanks for the DIY'S
I love your channel and your clips. I'm buying a lot of products that you use for your hair and will start growing my natural hair again from today. I enjoyed every tutorial and thank you so such xxx
Girl.... You are amazing!! I am so thankful for your honest teaching on hair and the products. Bless you.
You're welcome and thank you.. God bless you too...x
I used your strengthening tea once and saw significantly less hair in the drain catcher on my next wash day. Very happy you posted this method of using henna, because this was my first time using it and this method made it a less daunting task. I'm going to try the henna gloss next, but I will continue to use the strengthening tea beyond the next application. Your videos are so informative. Thank you so much!
Awesome! I am sooo happy to hear that 😘😘
I can't believe I've just found your channel! I've just been binge watching everything I've missed! You've sold me on adding more ayurvedic herbs to my already natural hair products. Thank you so much and keep it up with these videos!
Anita Norris Aww thank you!! Honestly that means alot to me :)
Just watched your channel. Love the tips and that you really stress moisturizing .I started using Shea moisture recently and love how soft and manageable my hair is .Thank you so much for the diversity in your presentation and to use henna as well as ayurvedic ingredients when cleansing and strengthening
Thank you sooooo much I really do appreciate the positive feedback :) Love that you have found a product that really works for you. x
Curly Proverbz 😂😂😂U crack me up . I enjoy your videos
Curly Proverbz is it okay to use 100% pure henna instead of body art quality henna?
I started using this on my relaxed hair last week. The first time I applied it, I noticed instantly my hair literally felt fuller, softer and stronger. I first apply my leave in/moisturiser, go in with this and then seal with a little vitamin E oil. My hair feels better than when I just moisturise without it. I use it 3 times a week. Thanks for this.
Thanks Valerie! I was wondering how this would work for relaxed hair. What other products do you use?
Thank u so much sis for shearing, lol I just finished making my as I had all the ingredient, plus I added neem powder. Ur hair is so lovely may GOD bless u and ur love ones.
Freda I'm so excited I'm making my tea now! I've already started using ur Ayurvedic Oil I love how me hair is feeling so strong already after 1 week of usage😊 my husband complains about the smell but he will get over it lol thank you
I'm glad that you shared your henna tea. I learned early in my hair journey that henna treatments where wonderful, but I just have not tried it. The messy application was a major deterrent for me. However, I will try the henna tea. I will share my results with you.
I want to thank you for your time in making these videos. I was on a healthy hair journey back in 2009 and grew my hair to mid back length. Unfortunately, life happened, as it usually does and I fell away from keeping up with my healthy routines and my hair suffered. As a result I had to get it cut off all the way back to neck length. You've re-ignited my motivation to take care of my hair again. Thank you.
Marie-Michelle AWESOME! That is why I do these vids. I am so glad to have encouraged you to reach your hair's full potential. Blessings
@@CurlyProverbz Hey can u please tell me if the henna alma and shakakai is an leave in or do i wash out
K
Same happened to me but we are back on our natural hair growth journey🙋🤸💯
What length is it now?
I was using this tea for awhile I replaced Henna with Cassia. I had great results and a lot less breakage. I ran out and was too lazy to make some more and used store bought stuff. I am going back to this tea because there is definitely a difference. This time I will be adding aloe vera juice to the tea.

Do you substitute the water with alovera or u put half in half
I'm so glad to hear this! 2 henna glosses in and my hair is 🔥. No literally it made my natural red hair very red, LOL. Gonna use cassia in my teas and decrease my henna a bit more in my glosses. So glad you shared!!
I have recently discovered to use shakaikai and brahmi in place of using shampoo. It leaves my hair hydrated, detangled, soft and curls defined. The herbs are more natural
tsitsi natsa it's mentioned in ayurveda but I was really worried about the result on natural hair . Can you please share the ratio you used them in?
I do this too but i also add aritha.
tsitsi natsa can you explain please I would like to replace my shampoo
@@latishaisbell7055 naptural85 has a video showing that you can use shakaikai and water to clean your hair
Be aware. If you use just the herb and water, your hair will end up dry. I mix mine with water and aloe Vera juice like she does.
I finally made my strengthening treatment... Can't wait to try it out
I was using this faithfully for a few months & my hair was so strengthened with little to no split ends. I'm noticing more shedding now. I will go back to this & add fenugreek water to it as well.
definitely going to do this you always have the best ideas and natural diy love it girl ! and btw you look gorgeous !
Thank you so much sis. Let me know how it works for you :))
This sounds awesome, can't wait to try this! Your hair is gorgeous!

Your hair is amazing. Thanks for doing this video, I have been looking forward to it.I'd appreciate a tutorial on this tea. Oh, and yes please do a powders video too
Thanks. I am sure I will do a vid on the herbs thinking of doing a wash n go maintenance vid as well.
yesss did you ever make a full video about amla? I dont see one! I started using ayurvedic herbs because of you and when I start to introduce them into my blog I will definitely be linking your videos :D
I’m so in love with your hair! 🤗Thanks for sharing! Where do you buy your henna powder from?!?!? Can I use Amla powder alone or do I need to add henna?
Thanks .going to try it .my hair texture has changed very week .
yes, I would love to know more about the benefits of ama and how to create a hair mask of it.
I am new to henna and your channel!!! I have been watching your videos for days! Thank you so much for all the information you are giving about henna! I was wondering if I did the henna tea do I still need to do a henna gloss. If so, how often would I need to do the henna gloss. I know you use your henna tea 2-3 times a wk. I wasn't sure if needed to incorporate a henna gloss every 2 wks or if they would be to much henna in my hair.
Thank you!!!
How do you mask the smell and most importantly how do you keep it from staining your pillows? I'm super late to the party and new to your channel but I'm blessed to have found it.
Awesome video!! Your hair is gorgeous and I'm definitely going to try this tea!
Jewellianna Palencia how long have you been using this? Is there a video on your channel. I'm one of your subscribers. Love your hair

Great videos love! I did this recipe and I stored it in a dark glass bottle! I was curious to know if it needs to be stored in the fridge or if you store it on the shelf, for how long before it goes bad?
I have been using this for 2 weeks and noticed how thick my hair has gotten.
Just joined your channel and I've tried the henna, amla, shikakai, oils and conditioner and I love the feel of my hair thanks
Wonderful video! I just never had the patience to try a henna mask but this seems like an awesome alternative. Thank you so much for sharing this!!
Thanks sis and yes absolutely. It my solution considering how little free time I now have with a little one:)
Thank you for this video. I will be doing this. Going to order the remaining items, I already have henna and neem in stock. Can I use Indigo also? Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you, thank so much for all you do!
I love your videos. I over moisturized my hair and I had to revert back your videos to get strength back. Questions do you use the tea as a leave in?
Your hair looks GORGEOUS!!! You are also looking beautiful after baby.
Thanks hun x
I’ve been doing this for 4 weeks and wow your method really work, thank you sooo much!!! I have been having loss of hair for last few years and now I feel my hair is growing.
I was struggling with the definition and strenght of my hair last year. I'm using this tea for about 1 week and i see more improvement in my hair then in that year😲 Your tips are so bomb. Keep doing this great job❤ I would also like to try the gloss but im still trying to figure it out for how i need to use it.😆
Churlie M do wash your hair after using the tea? And how often do u do it?
Thank you for sharing this recipe. After using this tea on my highly porous hair, I was able to have my curlformer set last longer than a few hours! I can't wait to see what the benefits of longer use will be.
Thats brilliant! I am glad I could help x
Do you still use this as part of your routine?...It's nearly 2 years later, and I'm interested in knowing what you have eliminated from you previous routine. Thank you.
I started using it yesterday and my hair already looks great. I woke up this morning and my hair is so strong and shiny after one use. You have saved my life. I use cassia instead of henna and my hair is amazing
Hope Harris do u rinse it out or just let it dry and go to sleep?
Thanks for sharing! I cannot do more henna on this hair for a minute. 2 weak glosses for 20 mins each and I am RED... gonna use cassia in my teas. I appreciate your comment so much!
your hair looked beautiful...I use Alma, Henna and Castro Oil as a Spritz as a strengthener for my edges...I absolutely love it...Thanks for sharing.
Thanks sis... that sounds like a pretty good mix :)
Great idea
Do I have to rinse it out? Thank you, love your channel. Lots of love from Brazil 🇧🇷 ❤️💋
Hello Miss Curly Proverbz.... I have learned so much from watching your videos. I do appreciate you. I have some questions for you. With the hair strengthening video you are not clear as how to apply it to your hair? Do you leave it in your hair or do you rinse it out? How long do you leave it in? How often should you do the strengthening treatment? Also when you talk about using Henna to color your hair what do you mix it with? I know that you said use Indigo to make it dark, but what else do you mix it with? Thank you sooooo much for that detangler with the olive oil and aloe juice a GOD send. It is truly amazing if you have very tangled hair like I do after washing my hair.
🙌 this could be a game changer! I love henna but gave it up for a time because the process is forever. I love the strength and shine my hair gets from using it. I can't wait to try out this spritzer 😁
Honestly .... thats why I needed an alternative, it just takes forever otherwise.
did it work for you?
I just ordered all the products and I can't wait to start using the products
Just bought my neem, shikaki, and Amla powder. Went to the halal market in Long Island and now have both my aunt and my mother on your tea as well. Thank you for your vids and for inspiring all of us ☺️
Are you using the Neem powder with Shikaki & Amla in place of the Henna powder? Why? Thanks
Hi! Love your videos! I was just wondering where exactly do you purchase this henna, whether it's online or not. I actually went to the shea butter cottage website but the henna powder that was shown was a bit lighter in color than yours in the video. I was just wondering how that might effect my hair.
Ahh girl your hair looks wonderful! Love your videos! Was wondering if you had any postpartum shedding if so how significant? Thanks for the great videos. God bless you.
Hello There, yes a small amount. A bit more than usual. My sister had alot of shedding, I share remedies in an earlier vid if you are interested :)
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I want to give this a try!
Let me know how it goes!
I've been stalking your videos lately! I would also like to see one on all the different herbs (? is that what they're called?) you can use in your hair... And what they do!
Hi there! I love your channel and your hair is gorgeous! Question: I want to mix henna amla and indigo in the tea. Should I put the same among of indigo as the henna? Or the amla?
Hi I absolutely love your videos and have a bit of a hair crush on you! can I use a henna gloss about a week after getting a relaxer?
Hi I absolutely looovveee your hair❤😍 i just have a couple of questions. at what point did you put in the lavender oil and how much do you use. Also, lol this is probably a stupid question but were you pouring the henna brahmi shikakai mix into the white jar when you had the cloth over it or was it something else
2024 still watching 👀. I love your old videos there so relaxing and nostalgic.
Curious as to why you didn't include brahmi? In the future it would be awesome if you explained things in a little more detail. Love the videos though!
Hey! New to your channel and I've been thoroughly enjoying the content. Question...can I infuse the tea with oil mixture for everyday use?
hi, i really love your channel and wanted to try the ayurvedic method. I bought nupur henna that has 9 additional herbs in it. Can this be used to make the strengthening tea and would i still be able to leave it in my hair or would i have to wash it out. Also in making the leave-in conditioner/ detangler is there a difference between the marshmallow root and the marshmallow leaves? i look forward to your tips.
Hey congratulations on the baby. I have a question. Can you use this as GHE leave in with out your hair falling out.
I use hibiscus powder instead of Shikaikai powder, it's great too 😚
Tessa do u rinse it out or just let it dry and go to sleep?
@@hvelavan1 Apply an oil to seal it in and then allow it to dry.
JACHANALY 🙏🏾 thanks
Luv luv your channel Curly Proverbs! I would like to try this tea as my first venture into henna. One question before I try. Can I use this and will there be any benefit to my hair if I wash daily? I have to wash my hair daily as it is fine and wavy....bad combination and I cannot tame it without washing and using hair mousse and a touch of hairspray.
Please make a full video describing these products
Please tell me More of amla and shikaiki usages. Which henna to use so that hair won't change. We love you gal.
You have such beautiful hair. I’m transitioning and my hair texture is similar to yours but I wondering what you day to day routine is. Do you comb it out daily and/or hydrate? I find that my hair like low daily manipulation and at least at this point is delicate. I’m wondering how you take care of your daily since my hair coils are similar to yours. Thanks for responding
I can’t wait to try this tea! Ordering products now! 😍
hello I use Aphogee protein treatment 3 weeks ago is it ok to do the Henna & brahmi now?? and by the way I love your hair it is beautiful you are blessed to have such beautiful hair I only pray to have hair like yours one day
Still watching and using mid-July 2021! God bless you, CP! 💖🌹
💜💜💜 amen sis. Thank you. God bless you too
Thank you very much for sharing :). Could you please tell me when do you add the lavender or tea tree essential oil? Should I add it at the end, in the bottle? Doesn't it remain on top of the water?
hello curly, I'm enjoying al of your videos and scanning them all these days, you mentioned lavender or tea tree essential oil to be added to the tea, BUT you did not clarify when to but it? should I just drop some drops after I pour the tea in the spray bottle?
Hi Curly proverb, lovely video, would love to try. Will it color my Grey's. Thanks.
Just made a batch with henna, brahmi, shakakai and amla. Will report back on the results.
I'm totally going to try out this recipe! I'm just wondering how much lavender oil I should add in? Also I'm wondering if it's going to effect my hair when I get it dyed a dark, black red color like every 4-5 months?
Hi! Love love LOVE all your videos. Would you please do a video on exactly how you use this tea. Do you just spray on dry hair and leave it, or on wet hair after you cowash, etc. Does this take the place of doing full henna treatments or do you still do them in conjunction with this strengthening tea spray? Just want to make sure I'm doing this right. Thanks!
Yes I have just recorded a video on how to use the tea which I will be editing and uploading within the fortnight hopefully. I spray on dry hair and follow with a moisturiser and yes it replaces the full henna treatment.
I read you answer to another person question and received my answer.
This stuff is absolutely brilliant. Quick question though. You were right when you said it was a bit messy (the price we pay.) I add a leave in conditioner over the top. Do you think it would it make any sense to spray in the tea, leave it in for a few hours, and then rinse it out? Would dearly love to see you demonstrate exactly how you use it. Thanks so very much!
Hello thank you so much for all of the beautiful and rich information you have shared with us. I am so looking forward to using these ideas, after having four children my hair is in such poor condition due to the lack of knowledge on how to take care of my hair and many nutrients used to grow children !:) I know you have answered this question a thousand times, I just can't seem to figure it out. If I have dark blonde hair leaning more towards the dark brown tones and I don't want any red hues which direction would you recommend I take for the tea: cassia, or henna blend, and if the henna would you recommend amala as well. Thank you for giving me hope that even after 4 children and I am about to be 40 years old I may actually have beautiful hair again.
Vero C use cassia as it won't change the hair color n ala also changes the color of hair but only if u do it regularly for a no of months n that's also not sure ..but amla is very good for hair so u can use it ..hope that helps
1. Can you make the tea with just henna?
2. Do you have to rinse it out after application?
3. Would you recommend use with protective styles?
out of all the different kinds of henna personally which is the best henna or can u narrow it down to two different types?
Girl! You are killing me. I made my henna tea with just henna, rhassoul clay and a small splash of acv and water. I sprayed this on my hair, applied conditioner as a moisturizing cream, and sealed it all with castor oil. Twisted my hair up 2 days ago and took down my twist today, I'm so shook! I cannot believe the results. Mind blown! I feel speechless cause my hair is saying it all 😜
Do you use it as Leave in and how often do you use it
@@salenatamara1694 I have been using it once between wash day to retwist my hair. I wear my hair in twist another 2 days then wear a twist out for 1 or 2 days. It has been phenomenal and consistent results. My hair feels soft, but strong and nourished.
This is an interesting mix. I will try it!
Thank you. I'm going to try this. Do you rinse it out or leave it in?

I don't want my hair to change color. Do you think I can add indigo to keep my rich black hair color?

Hello thanks for sharing all your hair tip secrets but I have a question every time you do a video your hair is down and curly and wavy it's beautiful but on everyday life thing that you do with two children how do you wear your hair do you wear it down or in a ponytail I've always wondered that about you can you answer
please do a video on amla and shikakai
