My favourite was all of them....😄 Yes, Harry's Hands, because it's real and it's sad, but Won't go wasted has comforted me more, and What a way to go has lifted me up more.♥️
I have never heard this song. I don't know how that's possible, it may be because I lived in Montreal from 1980-83 and it may not have been played on the radio there. This is a great song! What a treat! And very relevant, still. Unfortunately. I think I finally see, that for some reason, the media has kept all of humanity, living in fear for our entire lives. They made it seem very real but now they seem to be a parody and don't really try to pretend they have integrity. Anyway, I'm so thankful to have been part of this life experience during these amazing years of the best music that can ever be imagined. Thanks to youtube and the turmoil of the present day, I discovered that Dennis DeYoung is not only the most incredible&amazing vocalist, musician, and songwriter, but also a very good person and a comedian!
I randomly bought a Painting at the eastside gallery in Berlin and the painting was covered with This Vinyl Cover. And Right now i checked the first Time This song. And Its amazing 😍👍
For me, this is a perfect example of how videos should tell the story of the song. One of the best videos ever, plus a fantastic song. Thanks Dennis for posting.
I like Dennis's music, but I never liked the inherit goofiness in these videos. Just like music time song. This is what went wrong with Styx. I grew up with the classic lineup, but what I wanted to hear from the band was stuff like queen of spades, not babe. Songs like come sail away added a dimension to the band that NO ONE else could emulate. When Dennis's sap songs started, that the beginning of the end. The new record so far however I find brings Dennis BACK from being a hack to taking his music seriously enough to rival any current Styx music.
Crazy. Never heard of this song until seeing this today.
Such an underrated and overlooked album. "Harry's Hands" was a favorite of mine from that album.
Agreed. The best song on that album
My favorite too was Harry's Hands!

This album was released in 1988/89, and didn't chart.

Nice to see the song and vid that undoubtedly inspired Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire" :)
OK Boomer (btw I am a proud Boomer myself!!)
"Revolution gone wrong"
Millennials hate him for this one easy trick song.
I am a HUGE Dennis DeYoung fan! These videos are awesome! Why are they being uploaded to UA-cam today?
Because good things happen.
Now that Dennis has his own channel, it makes sense to collect them in one place, along with his new ones.
Boomchild ALWAYS should've been a Styx song. I said it then, sayin' it now.
Hi Dennis!
Ok, when is the tour?
@@SelectCircle damnit, I overslept again, haha
@@Desertrat-uj4xk You missed a lot these past 30 years! Have a barf bag handy when you find out what. In fact - have several. : )
@@SelectCircle yeah, I've been trying to forget the last 30 year's. But then I sober back up. The old music is still great though
Not formerly. You are Styx.
W H A T was that? O_o
O well. ... I still love Dennis no matter what.
Although I wonder why. : )
