I envy your mathematical mind!! I cannot believe I cant find / or a software program doesn't exist to do this for you / me! This has to be an easy excel spreadsheet for someone? Any suggestions?

I agree! You’d think you could input size of the pieces you have and the area you’d like to fill and it would give you the design.
