This is awesome. Using this I was able to create a template where you can change the year and the pay dates and holidays will change with it. Thank you for this!!
Thank you! I'm so glad that you are utilizing simple non macro to create your spreadsheets. I was trying to learn a crash course in Macro, but failed to understand it. However, formulas within excel, is much easier to create. I will definitely be taking your courses and purchasing your documents. This will make my HR life much easier.

This video was so very helpful! You showed us how to hide the dates that are not in the current month (i.e. in Feb, hide Jan & Mar by formatting with the :::), I am wondering though, how you hide the paydays that are not in the current month? I am assuming the formula would be very similar?
That's fantastic and simple to follow. Thank you. How would it work if pay date cells are arranged in a grid, say 7col x 4rows?... Having a hair pulling experience
Hey when I use that formula to autofill the dates mine still format the dates incorrectly. Is this because I’m using a Mac? Also my dates doesn’t show when I hover over them but I see they’re the correct date in the top box. I had to just go row by row from Sunday put the date then drag across.
Hi Sharon, I tried this formula and I get an Error message "You may not use references to other workbooks for conditional formatting criteria. How do I fix this?

This may behave differently on Word for Mac. Some of the functionality is different between windows and Mac. Hope you found it helpful!
This was a great video. But, I got an error with the firmula, stating that I couldnt use ranfes. How can this be fixed?
I'm having the same issue.
Your face is like an angel and attractive.😘

I get the same. Did you ever get a response or figure out how to fix it?
I also got the same error
I got the same errors and gave up on this method. I ended up using the SEQUENCE function instead of typing in dates, which works much better.
