It's interesting that when Joseph said "he's in this room" the brothers looked around at everbody BUT Joseph. They couldn't imagine this powerful man being their brother.
All of these men were deeply flawed. Even Joseph. At the age of 17 he was a spoiled self entitled smart alecky kid who pushed his brothers to becoming so angry they did the unthinkable. While in captivity he allowed God to reveal that to him. This had to happen for him to be humbled broken and put back together. This was when he was able to move into the destiny god had for him. He was able to forgive them because he was able to forgive himself. He realized how much he’d hurt his brothers. This can only come from a deep personal relationship with Him
Similar to what will happen at the return of Jesus, when He will return with the Heavenly army to save the people of Israel, as it is written in Isaiah 35 and Zechariah 14 ❤
Most versions Joseph showed he relishes tormenting the brothers as long as he could. But this time he seemed to want it to ignite that righteous avenging act of love he knows his older brothers possess. Having the Rape of his sister Dinah including in this not only adds context for Joseph's false rape of Zulaykha, but further illustrates the lengths the older brothers would do for the love of family even if it's fall of Grace for them. But that strength has been further corrupted into wrath of jealousy and turned against him, and he wanted to see that corrected again even at his own risk.

This is my favorite version of the scene. Here, Joseph is still humble. Other versions present him as haughty and proud even before Pharoah.
