That God is EXTREMELY clear in scripture about our Free-Will 6. And He has revealed to us, time and time again, about our complete freedom to chose to Cooperate with Grace or to Not Cooperate with His Grace.

I'm still watching this and this is my testimony feel love and this is the loved I give but ending up getting betrayal lied to heartbroken when I need them. Its been 6 months my spouse walk out on me because she's toxic which I know but still love an cared for her even now as I type with a free mind but a very painfully heart and I tried so hard to show her how she means to my an in my life even when I know she's seeing someone else and we live together. she help me to become someone I myself didn't see in me, and from before all these trauma build up and happen I prayed to god night and day for a good life with this girl ,we both made a vowed to each other but she breaks tide after she noticed a good man is getting a lot of toxicity and its starts to take place by action she leaves and that was her aim tom leave after she has 2 miscarriage for me. but I just try to work on myself more these days and leave the rest to the lord Jesus, it seems forever but I know he will reconcile my heart some day again amen.. at lease my heart was clean all of our life together and my family's and people who betrayal me will meet the rath of god as much as they drove me into insanity back then and now that I've free myself they're gonna face theirs by god to what they did to me. there's not a single day that goes on these things don't haunted me in my sleep and thoughts everyday, and i have to fight it out mentally physically spiritually tl keep strong and healthy in those stage because what happen to me is Worster than a man been beyond bars for 30 years but god heals praise him hallelujah;..
This is truly my favourite story in the Old Testament! When I'm tired of waiting for my prayers to be answered or when I'm in despair, seeing how unfairly I've been treated, I'm reminded of Joseph's tragic ordeal, and of course, his final triumph; for our God never forsakes us, and His timing is not the same as ours. It's no wonder that 'patience' is one of the 'Fruits of the Spirit'... Knowing myself, I would have been inclined to give up on God. But time and time again, the Lord has come through for me, even up till the 11th hour - something which strengthens my faith. Gradually and steadily I'm getting to where I need to be in my faith. Praise God for not giving up on me.
Amen!! Same here... The life of Joseph gives me strength, too. It would be easy to despair, when we see that doing the right thing is being punished, not rewarded... but GOD is the rewarder of those who seek Him. We live to please Him, no one else.

One of the best done biblical movies I've seen. As a very knowledgeable Bible student of scripture, very accurate in its account. One of the most revealing areas of scripture depicting how Gods will is purposed through his faithful servants. Is beautiful how Gods grace is revealed through the brothers and mercy as well as restoration and redemption.

Me too. Such a beautiful story of love and forgiveness. There are lessons to learn. We as parents can not create jealousy among our children by preferring one child among the others. This was a hard lesson to each one of the family members.

The more time we give to our Father and Lord daily the more we will receive beyond our understanding. This great story of Joseph is a excellent lesson of forgiveness is good for us all. No other OT store tells us of Jesus like Joseph. A simple shepherd, hated and sold out by his own brothers.He becomes second only to the throne, He comes to them and they don't recognize him. Yet, He still loves them with all His heart and provides for them. Was dead, yet alive again! and the day came when they all recognized him and fell at his feet!
Joseph was a Hebrew. How could he have managed the entire Egyptian Economy without speaking or knowing the Egyptian language? As if a King would have made an illiterate SLAVE the second most powerful man over their own Kingdom and over his own people! That's like saying Caesar gave everything to his captured Slave (Zoilos) who then rose to rule the Roman Empire! What a load of rubbish!

The story of Joseph is about the providence of God and about forgiveness. Joseph was an important key figure in the Plan of Salvation, though Jesus was not born from his tribe. The difficult 13 years of being alone, and serving others in Egypt, contributed that Joseph could be, a great leader and a type of saviour of his own people by God’s Grace. Our World would be a much better place if there was more “Joseph’s” everywhere. (And I do not mean the dream-interpretations, rather the moral greatness). Great film, and very inspiring. But of course, as it was made on the basis of the Bible. 🙏 Praise God for that❣️
We had this movie on VHS back in the day...this movie got my whole family to sit down and enjoy each others company. This movie cassette was a family heirloom becuz nobody wanted to give the movie back. I always loved biblical movies. There is no "story of Joseph" told, depicted or made better than this. Ever. Excellent acting and legendary actors brought the long forgotten story of the man that saved millions of lives in a famine.. Egypt and became the Pharaoh's friend. The power of forgiveness is easier after watching this.

Trusting and being grateful to God at all times , serving him with the gifts he has given you even in pain brings healing to people causing God's purpose to "still" be fulfilled. Moses will be born & he will save the Hebrews: and the great Exodus of the Hebrews into the desert will begin wandering 40 years: Th gap between Joseph & Moses was 300 years. Moses will speak to God on the mountain, he will part the Red Sea where the Hebrews will cross over into the Promised Land, where they are still today.
Joseph sowed mercy to his bloodline that betrayed him!. Only God did that supernaturally!. I pray one day I can let go for real from favoritism, fear, ignorance, and poverty on my bloodline. That accused, insulted, and used me from my childhood to my adulthood also!. Shalom!.
Though I am a Christian and not Jewish, this story has more meaning now to me that it ever has, to visually revisit Jacob and his family, who would become the 12 Tribes of Israel, at this time in history gives me goose bumps. God kept his promise to Abraham, Issac and Jacob and gave the world the Messiah He promised, and Jesus will return soon to redeem Israel for the final time. But the story of Joseph, and how God orchestrated the events of his honorable life to save Israel, is absolutely one of the best stories in the Bible. Thank God for Joseph, and God bless and keep Israel as they fight the enemy on every side.

I'm still watching this and this is my testimony feel love and this is the loved I give but ending up getting betrayal lied to heartbroken when I need them. Its been 6 months my spouse walk out on me because she's toxic which I know but still love an cared for her even now as I type with a free mind but a very painfully heart and I tried so hard to show her how she means to my an in my life even when I know she's seeing someone else and we live together. she help me to become someone I myself didn't see in me, and from before all these trauma build up and happen I prayed to god night and day for a good life with this girl ,we both made a vowed to each other but she breaks tide after she noticed a good man is getting a lot of toxicity and its starts to take place by action she leaves and that was her aim tom leave after she has 2 miscarriage for me. but I just try to work on myself more these days and leave the rest to the lord Jesus, it seems forever but I know he will reconcile my heart some day again amen.. at lease my heart was clean all of our life together and my family's and people who betrayal me will meet the rath of god as much as they drove me into insanity back then and now that I've free myself they're gonna face theirs by god to what they did to me. there's not a single day that goes on these things don't haunted me in my sleep and thoughts everyday, and i have to fight it out mentally physically spiritually tl keep strong and healthy in those stage because what happen to me is Worster than a man been beyond bars for 30 years but god heals praise him hallelujah;..

This is truly my favourite story in the Old Testament! When I'm tired of waiting for my prayers to be answered or when I'm in despair, seeing how unfairly I've been treated, I'm reminded of Joseph's tragic ordeal, and of course, his final triumph; for our God never forsakes us, and His timing is not the same as ours. It's no wonder that 'patience' is one of the 'Fruits of the Spirit'... Knowing myself, I would have been inclined to give up on God. But time and time again, the Lord has come through for me, even up till the 11th hour - something which strengthens my faith. Gradually and steadily I'm getting to where I need to be in my faith. Praise God for not giving up on me.

One of the best done biblical movies I've seen. As a very knowledgeable Bible student of scripture, very accurate in its account. One of the most revealing areas of scripture depicting how Gods will is purposed through his faithful servants. Is beautiful how Gods grace is revealed through the brothers and mercy as well as restoration and redemption.

What a great story that covers almost all aspects of sinful human nature, yet our Father in Heaven knows us exactly who we are deep inside; and still he is so merciful to plan such an amazing self-repenting way out for us like he did for these 10 brothers of Joseph!!
I was in tears when the 10 brothers repented for the evil and joyfully with tears happy to see Compassion in action by Joseph!!

Why is it that we resist the inspiration that comes constantly from our Heavenly Father and our Lord Jesus Christ? The more time we give to our Father and Lord daily the more we will receive beyond our understanding. This great story of Joseph is a excellent lesson of forgiveness is good for us all. How much longer are we willing to hold on to our anger towards others. Anger and hate is ungodly and people think they are going to Heaven when they worship the wrong god. The most beautiful movie I've ever seen God will always be faithful to His word, He will never leave us alone as He did with Joseph we just have to be obedient and follow His instructions, Joseph suffered for years but he knew that God was by his side!

No other OT store tells us of Jesus like Joseph. A simple shepherd, hated and sold out by his own brothers.He becomes second only to the throne, He comes to them and they don't recognize him. Yet, He still loves them with all His heart and provides for them. Was dead, yet alive again! and the day came when they all recognized him and fell at his feet!
Joseph was a Hebrew. How could he have managed the entire Egyptian Economy without speaking or knowing the Egyptian language? As if a King would have made an illiterate SLAVE the second most powerful man over their own Kingdom and over his own people! That's like saying Caesar gave everything to his captured Slave (Zoilos) who then rose to rule the Roman Empire! What a load of rubbish!

The story of Joseph is about the providence of God and about forgiveness. Joseph was an important key figure in the Plan of Salvation, though Jesus was not born from his tribe. The difficult 13 years of being alone, and serving others in Egypt, contributed that Joseph could be, a great leader and a type of saviour of his own people by God’s Grace.
Our World would be a much better place if there was more “Joseph’s” everywhere. (And I do not mean the dream-interpretations, rather the moral greatness).

We had this movie on VHS back in the day...this movie got my whole family to sit down and enjoy each others company. This movie cassette was a family heirloom becuz nobody wanted to give the movie back. I always loved biblical movies. There is no "story of Joseph" told, depicted or made better than this. Ever. Excellent acting and legendary actors brought the long forgotten story of the man that saved millions of lives in a famine.. Egypt and became the Pharaoh's friend. The power of forgiveness is easier after watching this.
And it’s scripturally accurate ! Unlike a lot of the films . Absolutely love it !

I have a son and daughter. This would be a great story for them to see love forgiveness and knowing the Lord will always be there for us. These days kids grown and young have no respect for their parent and society.
I thank the Lord for opening opportunity for me to come across these movies at this particular time in my life ,, I prayed to God to open doors and know him more and more 2024😢

Watching in 2023. Reminded me of my childhood and of how much I love this story. Also how much God has a role to play in the lives of his people.
It the 7th of July 2024 and I just finished this movie for the first time. It was awesome. Its was fascintating to see in movie form. I already read the story in the Bible. It starts on Genesis Ch 27
This is one of my favorite Bible movies. I was and am severely touched by this Movie. Incredible how God works in people's lives. Blessed be thy name, Lord, always and forever.
I'm so blessed with this beautiful story of Joseph, I can't stop tears on my eyes at the near end of the story.

Am watching it right now and this story of Joseph is teaching me something for what am going through to my work place , the abusive am getting not from my Boss but from gready people whom he surrounded with and I believe things will be alright as God is on my side. I cried . Love and forgiveness are powerful. Trusting and being grateful to God at all times , serving him with the gifts he has given you even in pain brings healing to people causing God's purpose to "still" be fulfilled.
Marrying a good spouse @ Joseph's wife is a blessing. Oh, the love Jacob shares with Rachel has always amazed me.

God is good, He used Joseph to save the lives of the people during the famine. HE blessed Joseph with the divine wisdom. The film is exactly what is written in the bible. Thank you for sharing; God bless us all, HE is with us. 🙏🙏Amen.

During their slavery the Hebrews will multiply and grow in numbers,

Moses will be born & he will save the Hebrews: and the great Exodus of the
Hebrews into the desert will begin wandering 40 years:
Th gap between Joseph & Moses was 300 years.
Moses will speak to God on the mountain, he will part the Red Sea where the
Hebrews will cross over into the Promised Land, where they are still today.

where are you from
Joseph sowed mercy to his bloodline that betrayed him!. Only God did that supernaturally!. I pray one day I can let go for real from favoritism, fear, ignorance, and poverty on my bloodline. That accused, insulted, and used me from my childhood to my adulthood also!. Shalom!.
Though I am a Christian and not Jewish, this story has more meaning now to me that it ever has, to visually revisit Jacob and his family, who would become the 12 Tribes of Israel, at this time in history gives me goose bumps. God kept his promise to Abraham, Issac and Jacob and gave the world the Messiah He promised, and Jesus will return soon to redeem Israel for the final time. But the story of Joseph, and how God orchestrated the events of his honorable life to save Israel, is absolutely one of the best stories in the Bible. Thank God for Joseph, and God bless and keep Israel as they fight the enemy on every side.
