Dekass truely recieved major disrespect in this series on a whole other level, he defeated AFO and Shigaraki but no one acknowledges it at all.
Honestly it’d be cool if we get a MHA 3rd year spin off- nothing too serious just a third year of high school- I just want Shinzo and the class just going to school, Deku and training the new kids, occasionally fighting street level Villians, but nothing too crazy (of course crazy ness but not like the wars)
I think we'll see some high stakes fights. And many new characters that'll join Class A.
I apso hope we get backstory for chatacters like Denki, Fumikage, and Mina. They deserve it

For Mirio being put in the "trash", I would argue otherwise.
Mirio's quirk is only permeation; he does not have a power boost or strength boost or however you want to call it.
Shigaraki was super tanky, so obviously, Mirio wouldn't do crap against him.
Against Dabi or Toga, Mirio would have been able to defeat them (Dabi is a stretch, but you get the point).

Agreed. Although, I think Mirio could’ve done more in this final arc. I would’ve loved to see him in chapter 422 along with the other heroes supporting and helping Deku out. Like say, after Deku is saved by Mina and Kirishima I could see AFO shooting some rivet stab blades towards Midoryia just for Mirio to come up from the ground yelling “POWWWERRR!!!” Punching them outta the way, with Deku phasing through him to continue running towards AFO and he’d tell Midoryia “Let’s fulfill our promise to Nighteye. And show the world a bright future!” With Deku responding “We Will!” In contrast to him saying “I will!” To Mina and Kirishima showing how he’s not putting the burden on himself anymore, and that together, they’ll all carve a bright future. Y’know, something like that. So while Mirio was definitely *not* character assassinated or “thrown in the trash” like some people claim he was. I still wish he got to do more in the final arc.
Poor Shoto, it's gonna take years if not decades to recover from all this. Double because his father was the number 1 hero, making it all worse.
The Todorokis are gonna be outcasts for a long time.
I do wonder how this epilogue will go. Interesting to see how this goes. A door for a future sequel, a spin off or two, etc. Hori must have quite a successor if that's the case.
Endeavor should've faced charges for domestic violence and lisence removal for having raised a maniacal murder as a son, but knowing this author he will be rewarded and maybe go back with his wife since she has Stockholm syndrome

Also about what he said about how it’s supposed to be 3 years of intending the hero school which to me, I did not know about that but man Look how far these hero students got after the war especially for Midoriya.

Big Z, you gotta remember that Mirio wasnt done dirty. He is peak human levels of power, that's all. By the end of the series Deku was fighting a villain that could tank a literal laser cannon, and was eating direct hits from missile barrages against Star and Stripe.
Mirio is a great character, truly an amazing hero, but he simply wasnt meant to be able to stand up to Shiggy in the end. His strength alone wouldnt have been anywhere near enough.
Deku's first attack against shiggy in this arc launched him into LOW ORBIT AND shiggy STILL wasnt that badly hurt. You're absolutely gaslighting yourself if you think he was character assassinated when he was outscaled by Deku a good while ago.
I feel mirio has always been like that i dont really get the character assassination thing
I mean, he came back during the war to not do much and his big final move was to moon AFO. Kinda disappointing after his big fight againt Overhaul

Plus making him laugh is Inlign with his whole Schtick in making people...well laugh and living up the mood, becuase it was pretty endearing seeing that even someone like Shigaraki crack a chuckle.
@@robertrivera5569 oh yeah i get it, it was a ''smart'' move that fits the character being smart and funny. But it was a pretty anticlimactic final moment for one of the character with the best potential IMO.
I'm going to have to say that the last panel is Dabi hooked up to lots and lots of life support system considering the man damaging his own body.

Mirio did lost his mentor, his quirk and yet still had to put on a brave for Eri. I feel that him constantly pulling jokes after the Overhaul arc was his way of coping with his issues.
I cant believe this author has the chance to end this manga as fast as possible to treat his health, but rather he decides to make a long finale and keep taking these 2 week breaks instead of finishing

Yeah. People complain about the weirdest things, and I hate it.
1) Short ending? Complain. Long ending? Complain.
2) School stuff? Complain. Fights dragging? Complain.
3) Too much focus on certain main characters? Complain. A short cameo from minor characters? Complain.
All I want is to enjoy the manga Horikoshi has made for us peacefully and I always stumbled on these comments. I hate it.

Many foreign countries use a 3yr high school. My wife graduated from an Eastern European country high school, which only had 3yrs. They effectively had 11 grades instead of 12.
I just realized the only Quirk he couldn't give away would have been stockpiling it didn't have an original user now if that retains any of the old quirks is a different story

If you guys think about it, Deku losing one for all while still keeping some of the embers is a fitting end, the one for alls journey is over, so it makes sense why Deku didn’t get it back.
But as long as he got the embers and keep it alive then he will keep being the hero he wanted to be till the time comes.

I believe the crying person is a potential new villain created by trauma. Imagine in the next chapter deku or some other dude saves the crying person and stops the trend of new villains from being created. That or its just somebody else LOL

So the ending of that chapter comes the epilogue of the Todoroki family Knowing this is a confrontation Shoto is taking with both his father and his still barely alive brother. Let’s see how that chapter of that story goes knowing what’s gonna happen for the family.

I have to address the topics regarding chapter 424-425 comments I kept seeing:
1) Why do people think the kids should immediately become heroes and stop going to school? It's only the first year. Yes, Class A played a huge part in saving the world, but that doesn't mean they are fit to asap replace all the adult heroes. Sidekicks, sure why not. But in the end, they're still teenagers, haven't graduated yet. They still have so much to learn.
2) Sorry if I'm sounding critical, but I don't think we have the time to make another Sports Festival lol 😂 We're clearly reaching the end of the story. The epilogue. The aftermath of the war and probably a timeskip too. What does another Sports Festival achieve for the ending?
3) Yep. The most controversial topic right now: Will Deku lose or have One For All by the end of the manga? We have two possibilities:
HE GETS IT BACK: Well, this is the outcome most people want. To be honest, me too. It does sound strange: How can he continue becoming a hero without a quirk? Sure, he still has the embers, but it's only a matter of time until it's put out, similar to All Might at Kamino Ward. I won't go further for this, we'll just have to wait for Horikoshi.
HE DOESN'T GET IT BACK: I actually prefer this possibility. I mean, in this universe, the story has been conveying that just because you don't have a great power, doesn't mean you can't be a hero. It goes full circle for Deku; quirkless to most powerful then back to quirkless. It's poetic, and I'm not gonna be pissed if Hori follows this route for the ending.
But in the end, all I'm saying for this third point is still open. I don't know what Hori's cooking, but you bet I'll patiently wait for him.

Need to know the fate of the other villains. Only other ones besides afo and shigaraki that are confirmed dead is Stain. Read the wiki on his character. He didn't survive.
I'm not surprised but saddened that Aizawa is the teacher again of class 2 A. He's a beloved character but like if their going to move on as Class 2 A give us a new teacher instead giving us the same one.

@Plushplush1 bis whole thing was to Crack jokes, but he was also incredibly powerful. It's like yall forgot about that over time. The class waiting for him to make a joke was completely on brand. Zhonin made it sound like that's what he was relegated to but that's who the character has always been.

Whatever is going on with this manga right now, it doesn’t add up to “how I became the greatest hero.” They really need to live up to that soon because the last few chapters have been rushed, meandering and kind of inconclusive. And now a new threat? No permanent quirk for Deku?? What are we doing here.

It seems very likely that horikoshi is setting up a My Hero Shippuden and is using a longer ending to see what the fans may like/dislike. It’d be cool if he took time off to rest then came back with a shippuden.
It even seems to be taking a shippuden route with the 2nd and 3rd years moving around the country which isn’t exactly the same as shippuden but it was that part of the story we saw the other villages on a regular basis
