Thanks for showing how you did this. My dad's AC Compressor on his 04 hasn't failed, but he has a leaky compressor hose (high pressure discharge) that needs replacing and he wants to do the compressor with the lines, accumulator, FOT, etc. Dad may draw the line at needing the engine lifted and take it to a shop.
@@WhatTheDuckAuto please respond asap my compressor seized and it's my daily work truck but anyway when u lifted the motor by the bell housing and only took one side of the motor mount nuts off wouldn't you damage the other motor mount bolts because ur are tweaking it and putting strain since one side moves freely and the other side is still attached to the cross member can you give me some input i just need that last 13 bolt to take out compressor
I have one with bolts broken off in the block, it looks to me like the cab has to come off to get enough access. The customer is done with the truck and wants to scrap it I'm thinking about taking it on, any idea what I should offer him it's a lifted 6.0 with rough paint aftermarket bumpers, wheels and tires just looks like a tired old truck.
Great video man! you know your stuff! Going to use your method!
Glad to hear it! I hope my video was enough to help
