Being discreet in the gym is much appreciated and should be the norm. It's very frustrating when you can't get to equipment when someone is filming themselves.
I would check that the amount of water you're having is actually safe. It can be dangerous to drink too too much water. I don't think adapting the amount of water you drink to suit your size and needs counts as failing the challenge. For a woman it's recommended 2.7l for men 3.7l which is a gallon. So as a 5'2 woman I'd say you should drop one of those bottles per day and just have 3 instead of 4 ❤
I'm loving these videos - on my 75 soft journey (only 1 workout per day instead) & my days are matching up exactly with your releases!! Thank you for the daily dose of inspiration :)
I love these blogs so much! Your a godsend for posting everyday 😮💨👏 I feel like some fun ideas in videos 1. Apartment tour 2. Austin TX tour 3. How you and your boyfriend met video 4. Video talking abut where do you see yourself in 5 years 5. Your favorite health podcasts or UA-camr 6. Workout outfits and fashion 7. Waking up at 4am challenge lol (maybe that will help getting the water intake in) Anything about your life!
Hey Morgan! Loving the series so far 💪🏼 About the water….im an RD and based on your height of 5ft1 you need 1.8 to 2L per day which is about 1/2 a gallon. It can be dangerous to be over-hydrated too so be careful! I think it would be totally fair to adjust to what your body needs ❤
I would look into adjusting the water goal if it's really that hard for you! sometimes drinking too much water can actually make you feel tired and depleted. I would look up what the recommended amount of water is for your height and weight is and adjust as needed to stay safe and healthy! Love this series
We have a 1.5 year old black lab Annie. We live in a very cold climate and she loves the snow! I don’t think the cold bothers them much and neither does the rain. Those walks just conk them out for the rest of the day 👌
Day four for me too! I’m having a big break out on my chin which I think is properly from hormones as well, exercise etc can effect it. Keep up the videos they are very motivating!!
Hi Morgan 👋. Im so glad youre posting everyday. I always watch your videos while doing my morning cardio. Im also really into making stuff at home and recently i learned how to make plain yogurt at home and its so good i really recommend you to try it since you also eat alot of yogurt. Another thing to try is a patio or balcony garden 😊there are many varieties of tomatoes, peppers ect specifically bred for small spaces and any herbs you like also are super easy to grow and taste so much better than anything you can buy in a store.
My new obsession for lunch is cottage cheese with chunked pineapple, shelled lightly salted pistachio's, and plain pumpkin seeds... All mixed together ....so delish 😋 Can we count tea as our water intake? Or does it have to be plain water?
So I'm a momma of 4 and I'm starting this on wednesday with one of my friends. I definitely would live to see more of your protein intake and then more of your workouts. I'm not a newbie with working out but i have an 8 month old so it's been a minute! The water is going to be the death of me. I drink my amount i should be and feel good but if i go 20 oz over, it hurts. So, i understand that completely! I'm not you youtuber but im thinking i might want to record my journey just in case of a wild hair! 75 hard as a SAHM 😬🤷🏼♀️. Anyway! Keep up the good work! You're inspiring me, especially with the h2O lol. ❤ (new subscriber!) Oh! We live in DFW but moved up here from New Braunfels in Sept. 2023
Loving this series. It's actually convincing me to do a modified version of 75 Hard (I'm not going to read and journal). When I work out a lot I start to get blackheads too if I don't take the time to do my post-workout skincare. It's typically caused by the dirtiness of the gym, the sweat and oil chilling on the skin for too long. Aside from washing my face right after a workout I use an AHA and/or BHA toner with a cotton ball while apply light pressure with the cotton ball and it helps a ton. It can be a little drying but I just put a lightweight hyaluronic acid water gel on after and even my once a year facialist was shocked that I didn't need any extractions last time I went.
Hey I noticed that when you were doing your calf raises that your ankles were wobbling in and out. Just a little constructive criticism: just like when doing squats you don’t want your knees to move in and out, so when doing your calf raises focus on the stabilization of your ankles to improve your sets/balance
I'd love to see more about your protein breakdown, specifically! 100 g is a good goal for myself as well and I struggle to hit it. I totally understand the post drinking haze and feeling unmotivated. I'm pregnant right now so a good side effect has been not drinking LOL.
I love post dinner walks.. my husband and I do that too but we live in central Illinois and it’s below freezing here so I’m good on that for awhile😅😂 Looking forward to the recipes! And any other help tips you have.
Old navy and Walmart are the best for pj sets in my opinion. Edit: I personally don’t drink ever so when I’m in social situations I honestly just get sparkling water and juice or just drink water lol.
Don't ask me why but i died laughing at 11:43 at that random clip thrown in....have you ordered the gallon jugs with the time lines on there of when you need to drink
Would love to see more of your cooking. Like when u make the butter or when u make bread. Also my dog looks just lik ur dog but he's 8now so he's got a white chin❤his name is hope
According to Reddit you can change the water amount if your doctor says to. My dietician (who is a doctor) said for me to do 2 L water a day so that’s what I’m doing
I've always been told to drink half your body weight in ounces, but its definitely something to speak to a dietician or you PCP about. If I do that, it's actually a benefit being that I weigh roughly 200lbs and I'm pregnant, but for someone smaller it would be possibly less. Also, I exclusively buy PJs at walmart. Like yea the company kinda sucks, but they've got some CUTE PJs and they're super affordable
I’ve been wondering about the body analyzer. How can it calculate all of the info? Like what features does it have that makes it more than a scale. I tend to be skeptical about those types of at home products
There’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing 😂 for the black heads I would try a active cleanser after the gym to help break down that excess dirt and grime. Also try to exfoliate one more time a week.
I agree with the water. I’m sure Andy says in a podcast he was 200lbs when he first did the challenge, so why would a 200lb man and a very petite 110lb female drink the same amount when the latter is nearly half his weight / I know that’s more of an extreme example but it isn’t hard for short females to be in a healthy weight range and be that so I really think it should be scalable but I’m so black and white with the rules that id feel like I was cheating if I didn’t do the gallon 😅
Listen, I could be totally wrong but I think with goblet squads you’re supposed to have your heels slightly elevated so you can use like a 45 pound plate on the ground and put your heels on it to do goblet squats that’s how I have seen my husband do it which he is a super big gym rat it might just be maybe just his version of them😅😂 you could be doing them completely right but I just wanted to mention that in case you thought maybe you weren’t feeling it enough because you mentioned needing to go heavier on the weight it might be because your heels are not elevated. I think that might make it more difficult. lol but I’m not a gym rat I just watch my husband do them😂🤪
Day 3: ua-cam.com/video/2wwdlpLYxmg/v-deo.html
Girl thank you so much for posting everyday!! I'm on day 10 of 75 hard i started on the 6th. Your videos are keeping me motivated! 💪🏼🩵💚
Being discreet in the gym is much appreciated and should be the norm. It's very frustrating when you can't get to equipment when someone is filming themselves.
Trying to be respectful 😊 I wouldn’t want to be in other people’s videos either tbh!

Your journey has motivated me so much & I get my treadmill work done each day watching. Thank you and you got this!!
We have a 1.5 year old black lab Annie. We live in a very cold climate and she loves the snow! I don’t think the cold bothers them much and neither does the rain. Those walks just conk them out for the rest of the day 👌
These videos are keeping me so motivated 💪🏼
The videos are getting longer! LOVE TO SEE ITttt!!

Congratulation on the vídeo👍 and I wish a great day 🌞
I’d love to see more of what you eat in a days in the daily vlogs!
Bestie! Just watched you do your skincare and wanted to suggest that you put your serums on before your creams 💕

Thank you thank you!! I always appreciate any tips 😊 will pay attention to that next time
Could you do a day of a better break down of how your getting your protein, or do a tally of protein every time you eat?
I tally it in my calculator app as I eat throughout the day! But will talk about this :)
I'd love to see more about your protein breakdown, specifically! 100 g is a good goal for myself as well and I struggle to hit it.
I totally understand the post drinking haze and feeling unmotivated. I'm pregnant right now so a good side effect has been not drinking LOL.
Great job girl!!! Keep going!
Thank you 🫶🏼
Duncan’s smushed face omg 🥹😂 he’s sooo cute. Those walks have him knocked out 😂😂
I love the pj sets from Marshall’s and tjmax but old navy has some good ones too. I’m very picky with the material of my pjs
Pajamas: TJMaxx, Marshall’s, Ross, Target, Walmart, Amazon

I love post dinner walks.. my husband and I do that too but we live in central Illinois and it’s below freezing here so I’m good on that for awhile😅😂
Looking forward to the recipes! And any other help tips you have.

I’ve gotten great luck with pajamas at target!

Cute and affordable PJs at TJ Maxx. Thanks for the daily 75 hard vlogs! We appreciate all your hard work! ❤
Don't ask me why but i died laughing at 11:43 at that random clip thrown in....have you ordered the gallon jugs with the time lines on there of when you need to drink

🔥🔥
i forget what video has the recipe for those yogurt bagels!!! can anyone help🙏🏼🙏🏼
Q: What are your thoughts on Squid Games 2?
Oohh what card gets you some free grocery deliveries?
Listen, I could be totally wrong but I think with goblet squads you’re supposed to have your heels slightly elevated so you can use like a 45 pound plate on the ground and put your heels on it to do goblet squats that’s how I have seen my husband do it which he is a super big gym rat it might just be maybe just his version of them😅😂 you could be doing them completely right but I just wanted to mention that in case you thought maybe you weren’t feeling it enough because you mentioned needing to go heavier on the weight it might be because your heels are not elevated. Change that water filter soon 😂😂
😂😂 I promise I did, not sure what video it is fixed in but it’s all better now hahaha
I think if you drank water earlier it wouldn’t be so bad. That I’ve noticed anyway. Jammie’s at Walmart
Do a bf day in the life and follow his 75 hard day!
Maybe Duncan had to 💩
True 😂
❤🫶🏻💪🏻 im on day 16 , get it girl 🎉❤
