  • We are building a house start to finish on this new series!! We started with framing the subfloor, then standing up the walls, we moved on to the ceilings, then we framed the roof. We were able to pour the garage slab and get other work done around the house as well. Follow along as we show you all of the different processes to get a house built in the United States in Tennessee. Who enjoys watching a house get built?! Enjoy episode 2!!

    Ding! Hey niko you should consider doing unventilated crawl spaces, much better for the home especially in your humid neck of the woods. Also double check the flashing on those windows, you typically don’t tape the bottom so water can escape from weep holes in windows and if water was ever to get behind the window (purpose of the stretch tape they installed), you want a path for it to get back out. Keep hustling brother 🤙🏻

      Hey thanks for the comment!! As far as the windows, per the Andersen installation manual, they show this method as one of the approved methods. We found it on the website manual they provide. Thanks for watching!!

    Why not use tapcons? They have the same pull if not more? And seem easier to install

    I would not put a electric charger in the garage I would prefer it out side..
