I am trying to add nektar and minilab3 But m audio keyboard Is not showing up in the list of peripheral.. Please let me know Any other way to get it. Thanks

My M-Audio Keystation 61 MK3 shows up in Pro Tools but I get no sound when playing keys after inserting my plug-in as I always do in my instrument track (used to use Komplete Kontrol Midi). I followed your peripherals protocol since the keyboard does have recording and play buttons. I get an error upon clicking ok: Access Violation occured, unable to write location 0x0000000000000. I watched an M-Audio tutorial for this exact model and they didn't mention peripherals. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
