In the summer, I dry the bread out on a sunny window sill. Other times I put it in the airing cupboard. You can dry it in an oven, I have put some on a tray while cooking dinner before, 180 for 20 minutes seems to work. Bread only gets mould if it's in humid air, so a warm dry place is what you want. How should I get stale bread as with yours. I kept mine and it just gets mouldy. Would putting it in the oven help?

It's an old garden kneeling pad. It could do with being a little bigger, but it's not bad.
