Followed all your videos for some time now Bill. Very inspirational and educational. Having picked up the fishing bug after 30 years I needed some source or other to give me the urge to start again and your contribution has certainly helped. Keep them coming Bill - love it !
Thanks Bill. I was wondering what exactly liquidised bread was and how you made it. I will be trying that here in the states on my local stream for some small chubs.
I want to see that new ngt whip in action! I've been really impressed with ngt gear, for the money you can't complain. Shame i've already spent thousands on fishing gear over the years now i've pretty much got everything.
it looks similar to mine which was part of a preston kit. www.amazon.co.uk/Preston-Innovations-OffBox-Bucket-Bowl/dp/B06XWWLF6S/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?crid=1R4ANDOYFF1JM&dchild=1&keywords=preston+innovations+riddle&qid=1578691688&sprefix=preston+innvat%2Caps%2C141&sr=8-1-fkmr0
I have the same car. I used to own the earlier K10, and travelled all over Europe in it. My only issue with the Micra is the 850cc engine, my favourite fishing spots mean a motorway jaunt and it's rather intimidating at 55 mph. You've convinced me to buy a riddle.
Borderlands Hi this is the 998 cc engine and sits at 70 mph on the motorway loaded with fishing tackle, but does struggle a bit on long or steep hills. Get a riddle it’s essential for mixing groundbait. Bill
Chris's variety channel Hi absolutely. All you need is to just dampen it, either by stirring it with a wet hand or gently wetting with an atomiser while you stir it. Then just gently squeeze into a ball and introduce into your swim. It breaks down very quickly into a cloud of fine particles and fish love it. If the water is deep/fast I add a small amount of aquarium gravel to get it to the bottom. You can add colour or flavourings if you want or just add samples of your hook bait. I even use it for harbour fishing for mullet and just add minced fish and the mullet love it. The idea of loose feed or groundbait is to get the fish feeding confidently, do that and you will catch a lot more fish. Bill
Robert Court Hi it’s such a versatile cheap bait and in the right place and time, deadly. But other than match anglers I don’t see it used very much. Bill
Great tip bill for those that dont know i love fishing bread on the river wye had some awesome chub and barbel on bread lots of big carp bread is a deadly bait especially fished at range i can fish bread at 60 to 80 metres i have a knack to keep it on during the cast got it to perfection now One commercial fishing owner tried to ban me using it i had 177LB of carp last summer in a match fishing bread at range.I won a match 2 weeks ago using popped up bread on the bomb 121LB of carp bread is absolutely fantastic bait. The price of riddles is way over the top in tackle shops ALIEN
Don't use fresh bread as it will not crumb up. Old bread that has partially dried will make this a lot easier. Also grate up some cheese or use a variety of cooking powders to spice it up. That is the beauty of bread you can flavour it easily.
petemason57 Hi fresh bread will riddle nicely and has more moisture content. This was a fresh loaf but is a cheap brand. Try different brands because the density of different brands do vary. Bill
Half box of breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon cinna-sugar Some cut up maggots Just enough water to make it a dough and make a big solid ball out of it to pinch of pellets. Make sure the bait isn't covering the hook point because it's a fairly solid bait once it hits the water. I suggest making a pyramid or rolling on the hook. Caught such a variety of fish on it, and it's solid enough for saltwater. (dependig on your mix quality) Best regards.
Great idea.
Proves you never stop learning.
Cheers Bill and thanks for the cooking tip at the end 😀

Paul Fitzpatrick Hi this a Dynamite brand but all the manufactures offer some form of riddle. Bill
@@easyfishing1936 Thanks Bill👍
Old school is the best school thanks for posting Bill, I assume this can be used as a base for making cheese paste etc ?
Rokh &Roll Hi yes you can and it’s effective. Bill

The bread helps you catch more fish ?

Fishing really doesn't need to be expensive or complicated. Every fish worth catching eats bread and you can use it pretty much anywhere you like. 👍
Robert Court Hi it’s such a versatile cheap bait and in the right place and time, deadly. But other than match anglers I don’t see it used very much. Bill
Simple always works Bill
Bill.... We can't put on the notification bell because as it says it's content made for children.
We're all missing out on it.
Best regards,
Alex Oprel Hi well I don’t understand that as I specify it’s not made for children. I will contact UA-cam . Bill
@@easyfishing1936 hopefully you'll have it sorted out swiftly, as you could've already had a *Tracker* bass-boat sponsorship. (lol)

@@easyfishing1936 Hi Bill, yes your right but it is a preference thing and depends on what equipment you have. I never go fishing without any.
