Simply charming. Really neat to see independent projects from so long ago.
I wanted to narrow down the time it was likely made.
The detective seems to be played by New Jersey artist and sculptor Charles Blaze Vukovich, born in 1918 and later buried in Bergen County, NJ.
Unfortunately I'm bad with telling people's ages, so I'm stuck at the first half of the forties, maybe even right after the war.
