Lets not forget about the hours of editing (video and script) and the sheer amount of time altogether! Thank you!
What an amazing series this had been, you are a fantastic storyteller Arch, thank you for all of your hard work in making this story really come to life!...my favorite part has definitely got to be the underground fighting with the Krieg Sapper units, that was some of the most intense fighting, those guys are baddass!

However, this certainly explains why so many people have been wondering why I haven't been posting things. I have been, they just haven't been seeing it.
let's all remember that it all started with an assassin who did not use a shield breaker bullet before firing the round meant to kill the traitor. Two bullets instead of one and a lot of rounds would not have been fired on Vraks in the aftermath, not speaking of corpses piling up to the moon instead of one target down.
Wonderful job arch, I thought this was a great series and I enjoyed every second of it. I am more than anticipating the next series! God Emperor bless!!!
I feel like Lord Inquisitor Rex should have kept Marshal Kagori on as pretty much his second in command overall even if not in name so that it could be said that the 88th was truly under the purview of the Inquisition and the Ordo Malleus. The Lord Inquisitor, clearly a far better warrior than strategist, could have commanded from Vrax and personally dealt with or oversaw any...... Chaotic problems, while Kagori dealt with the drawing up of overall strategy’s and coordination, that would have of course needed the Lord Inquisitors approval before being acted upon. As a bare minimum he should have kept him on simply because it was rather clear that the Marshal had built a rather solid relationship with High Princeps Drauca and he would serve as a valuable go between for Rex and Legio Astorum, ensuring cooperation between the two forces.

It is time lord to send our fleet, the siege army is in disarray, we will arrive just after the the real fight is over. Good the Angels of absolution have been waiting in the neighboring systems for weeks the order is given! They will drop out of the warp in combat formation, give them a good scare first. So they know we could wipe them out, our terms will be met with less resistance as you have foreseen. Grand master of the dark angels the rock, to the Astropath: Make sure they know the depth of this mission. All of the Alpha legion must be ours. They know the location of one of our traitor brothers, he says with so much malice the Astropath backs away some steps. And make sure, lord inquisitors sword is misplaced to our vaults, if the librarian is correct we will need it. Nothing else will concern our mission, if the alpha legion has already gone and there no opportunity to misplace the sword. I haven’t been watching this series because I’m super lazy but I wanna pat arch on the back for putting in so much effort into this lore series, a lot of work has to go in to make sure everything lore wise is solid which is a huge undertaking as it is.
Alpha Legion:
"Our work here his done."
Dark angels?
"PURGING WITH MY KIN!" *Stabs heretic over and over*
"Cunts!": I have almost chocked to death from laugh. That was a good one Arch.
*Rex kills greater Daemon*
*Kagori in the distance* "I could have done that too!"
Leave it to the Dark Angels to sneak up on an active battlefield in virtual stealth mode.
Something tells me a bit of the 8th Legion Night Hunters has rubbed off on the Dark Angels, causing them to enjoy spooking the living shit out of people.
When you were talking about him leaving the sword behind, I was amused that the multiple broken bones weren't added to the list of excuses as to not carry the monstrously heavy sword with you. Rarely does one ...walk away from a bitch slap from the Blessed of Korne.
The Dark Angels were like "We're going to appear without any previous announcement. Let's scare the shit out of the mortals!"
Oo nice right before I head out on a big trip as well! Makes sure I do not miss the Angels of Absolution come in last second and steal all the credit.
This series started at a real low point in my life. Absolutely everything was going to s**t and for a good long time things got really really dark. Yet every week I dragged my dumb depressed self back too youtube to watch another seige of vraks vid again and again. Now that I'm fixing my life in a healthy fashion the siege comes to an end. Thanks Arch you do more than you think brother.
What the hell ever happened to Kagori? I don't remember him being mentioned in the book after it was said he cocked and locked and headed for Vraks to lead the troops he'd come to be Warmaster to. A man of true dedication. But, nothing has been said of him since.

@@Archon3960 Pretty good response. -....: Inloading Binary Inquisitorial Rosette and Override Codes...-
There really should be some Dark Angel merch...
"Dark Angels are C**TS"
"We Blew up your spaceport, thank us!"
"We are too important to call"
"That friend you look at and think "Why?"
Or:
- Incoming fleet, Sir!
- Friend or foe?
- Dark Angels!
*Stern faced commander*
- So, both...
I nearly choked on my tea at the C-word. 😂 Congrats.
Good to know that the Dark Angels always have their fellow Imps back.
"We are going to be posting all the remaining lore videos in 1 week"
Suddenly having already having my vacation from work for the rest of the week (planned from 2 months ago) just got even better.
Well done Arch, this series has been fantastic! I look forward to more, love and appreciate your work
On the bright side, 4k 'til 200k Arch.
There's nothing bright on Vraks.
Why is this comment section not yet fortified?
Like how the Dark Angels don't even need to be on the planet to cause problems
6:02 Meanwhile in DOW Alpha Legion sorcerer becomes Khorne deamon
1:07 "...the Eastern front had been more or less ignored."
Uhm...Inquisitor? Some strange German speaking guy with a weird mustache would like to have a word with you.
Arch, these videos were the peak of my week. It was a wonderful ride... Can`t wait for more :D
Work!
Make content!
Obey!
The Emperor protects
Wow this has been a.. Wild ride.
Omnissiah bless you arch. Looking forward to seeing your future videos
Just HOW massive was the inquisitor's magic sword that he couldn't drag it back without power armour? Half a ton? The inquisitor was an astartes, we were told.
2 broken arms tend to weaken your average augmented human...
@@pierre-mariecaulliez6285 That..would explain things. Didn't remember that the demon almost had Rex re-membered.
Almost 40 videos later, Vraks can now be finally laid to rest. Emperor bless those who laid down their lives for the Imperium. Emperor bless Arch's persistence and due vigilance in telling the daunting tales of the Emperor's servants.
His Holy Imperial Majesty's Inquisition and fuck the dark angels
NO! I don't want Vraks to end. I've grown too accustomed to it. Please just make stuff up and keep it going ad infinitum.
And then just as it seem victory was in the imperiums hands. One of the navy ships patrolling the system detected a large object entering the system, an object that seemed to be about the size of an ork rok.
Arch, you sound like a book. Not like you're reading a book, but rather as though an actual book began speaking. You're like a not-so-old man, sitting in a rocking chair on the porch, telling stories by heart to children
Wooooo thanks Arch! At this point I think Arch should just start writing in twists to keep this thing goin
I lost it when you describe the imperial forces relief when they hear it's the Angels of Absolution and they all muttered "cunts".
Angels of absolution: enter vraks system
88th siege army: would you mind please identifying yourselves?
AoA: no, i dont think i will
It's been an excellent series, Thank you Arch.
Love it, awesome work and thank you
Ah yes, perfect birthday gift, thanks!
Yes Arch, that would be very fun
Thanks for all the work, Barcholi!
This has become something I always look forwards to over the past months.
Absolutely loved the series! Please do more!
Tales From The Trenches Update:
I'm not sure why, but when I post from my main account, the posts get shadow banned. Not all of them, but enough to make posting updates a bitch. So, instead, you're just going to have to read the PDF directly. (tinyurl / y6x9tbcm) I'm sure you can figure it out. I don't want to take the chance it's banning me based on links.
However, this certainly explains why so many people have been wondering why I haven't been posting things. I have been, they just haven't been seeing it.
The inquisitors reaction:AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA FUCK FUCK FUCK
Your Avarage Kriegsman:More? hell yeah brotha
I come home, Apocalypse Chaos marine package just arrived, and new video got released by Arch. Great time to be alive.
Same. Good times
My face when I found these only two or so weeks ago and now they're over but you're just catching up.....
thanks for combing through vraks fluff enjoy listing to your commentray.
let's all remember that it all started with an assassin who did not use a shield breaker bullet before firing the round meant to kill the traitor.
So does anyone know what happen to Marshall Amin kagori after the siege of Vraks?
I think he is still out there. But I dont know that for certain.
If I were to hazard a guess he was issued to a new front after getting kicked out by the Inquisition.
@@chasepalestrant1264 he was not kicked out. He is present on Vraks in person atm.
"Hooray! The DOOP fleet under Admiral Brannigan has arrived to help us!"
some one tell the dark angels they can just give over all non fallen spy information to the inquisition and they might back off a little bit,
Praise the Emperor - just in time for my late shift !
I am indebted to you, High Inquisitor-Loremaster !
When you're a guardsman and the inqusitor tells you that all alpha legionaires are to be sent to dark angels, and your 8 foot tall fellow guardsman suspects you of being alpha legionnaire.
Guardsmen! Give a salute to the many souls lost in this battle!!!! FOR THE EMPEROR!!!
One does not simply expects Visitors on Vraks
Very cool Chapter. And of course being descends of the First Legion is always nice
Deep in the bowels of the Rock, In a camber with a circle pattern, three Dark angel Liberians look into the scenes of time, while walking the spiral of the order.
As they come out of there meditations, the chief Liberian leaves quickly, He has foreseen the impossible death of the demon by the lord inquisitor hand, but also the chaos that follow it.
Your mission on Vraks is over, no Angels will fall for the folly of the inquisition!
And so the Angels of Absolution fall on vraks!
Dark Angels: We did something!
OH you made me spit my tea all over my PC. with the collective C word lol.
