- My whole house buying process wasn't exactly easy. It was long and I learned a lot along the way. In this video, I share all the hoops that I had to jump through to get the house that I call a home.

My suggestion will be not to set your affordability from the amount approved by the bank for mortgage. Always follow the rule of 35 to set your affordability when you buy a house, no matter how much amount the bank has pre-approved. So this should be the 1st step. :)

And uske baad se recipe videos upload kr raha hu ... Or like views naa ke barabar aate hai fir b main upload rehta hu mujhe bas logo ko apni skill dikhana hai....* f
Could you also please make a video on the total cost of the house? And break up of finances? CAD 40,000 downpayment only is an amazing deal. I know a friend who paid 100,000 CAD for 2-bedroom condo and not house. How did you pull this off? It's amazing!

Congratulations for new home. Best wishes for both of you. Thank you for honesty and being open about your life. Quick question: Why you decided to not to keep realtor from your end and do all work of finding house and book showing yourself? Was there any real benefit for doing yourself and spending lot of time doing your realtor’s work?
Here is Aus is slightly different.
When an offer is accepted we have to provide a 0.25% security deposit with a 5-10 day cooling off period. Within the cooling off period we have to do our financing, valuation review, solicitor review, pest and building inspection.
After cooling off period it becomes unconditional offer and we have to give 10% deposit . Prior to that We can choose to back out within cooling off period and we lose the Initial deposit.

Price of this house is 1 million 10 thousand dollars. I am not hiding anything. I am going to make a detailed video on this and I was waiting for my monthly bills so that I can mention about everything.

Good decision by you and your husband that you guys bought house in Mississauga instead of Brampton..otherwise you could have end up paying higher insurance on cars.. also you guys bought detached spacious house!! New immigrants from India are buying houses in Kitchener, Waterloo...Cambridge which are 90-100 kms from GTA area..these houses are pre-construction stage and attached Townhouses 🏠!! Good 😌 decision and wish you and your family all the happiness in your new house!!
Based on their previous videos ..they are looking for house in range of 900k - 1 mil ...so I am guessing this house is around that mark as well. If that is true , that is some mortgage payment to pay back continously for 30 years and that too for 2 ppl ..wait till she has kids ......I don't think higher insurance on cars matter here ...lol

Hi, congratulations of your new home. How were you able to get orea forms? did the seller agent sign you on as his/her client? I am interested in doing this process on my own but when i google for orea forms it says its illegal to use them if you are not a member.
