Younger people should stop being crazy about the Big 4's. They are definitely overrated, and the work culture is just worse. People who preach about working at such firms are the ones who are ready to lick their superior shoes. Have a character, and do justice to wherever you work. Never get attracted to the salary, the more it is the more stress you will have!!

After working for 1 year in big4 audit and facing everyday issues, I moved to industry in business finance role, now I am much happier than before and having work life balance.

Not only big 4, all private, public MNC and Indian companies do operate only in this manner.. Gvt should pass a bill in Parliament to restrict working hours to 8 hrs in week days with 2 days off. Those not interested to follow this rule should quit the country.. All these companies staff in u s, u k, Europe work only 6 hrs in a day.
Bhai December mai dekha hai unko… my client was on leave from December 15 to jan 7 . Exact date yaad hai mujhe … jate waqt dher sara kaam dekhe jate hai😂… jese humara tto new year hi nahi hota😂 then i left the fukng project.

Icai should take action and also make proper rules. And atleast ca articleship ko experience count karna chaiye. Ca student 2 and 3 years full time kaam karte hein and see this mba students wo toh kabhi kabhi 6months bhi nahi internship karte and mba internship count karte. Pata nahi kya ho gaya he companies ko. They don't even see how much Ca students study hard and also work hard. Pagal he companies ke recruiters. Mba students se jyada knowledge hoti he ca articleship mein padai mein
Weekend no work just say already have a commitments.keep 3-4 example reasons ready. कंपनीला सवय लागू द्यायची नाही. कोणतंच काम जगात प्रायोरिटी वगैरे काहीच नसतं हे सगळं मॅनेजरला वरून अपर मॅनेजमेंट बोलत राहते.. मॅनेजर बिचारे आपल्याकडे येणारच आपलं नाही म्हणण्याचं काम आहे

Sir Indian CMAs ka market mein kya demand hain, kya job scope hain, thoda bataye nah, cost mein interest hain, leken bohot log mana kar raha hain CMA ko opt karne ke liye, aapke pass industry ka experience hain toh aapse pooch Raha hu, thoda sa iske related kuch insights dijiye nah 🙏🏻

I want to work in big 4 in audit & assurance after qualification but with a better work life balance. I can get a opportunity from KPMG dubai.
Is the work life balance better in UAE as compared to India? What other differences in work culture will I have to face if I switch my job to big 4 in dubai?

It might be a little better than what it is here. However don’t expect much as most people there are also Indians and I hear similar work culture is slowly getting build there too. However, its better for sure
