Approx fees to become a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT is 2-3 lakh rupees , Whereas IIT or IIM fees is 4.5 lakh for bba and for mba it is 15.5 to 27 lakhs rupees Now average package of CA is 13 LPA which is 4x return on investment.I think this is good enough for fresher CA.
They should introduce articleship after clearing Final exams so that students are not presurred. Students concentrate mainly on classes rather than articleship. Some opt for dummy. Hence, quality of CA is deteriorated. Then people say that CA's are unemployed. Articleship experience after clearing Final with 1 year under practicing CA and 1 year Industrial Training will be beneficial.
Guys i got in intermediate AIR50 also i completed my articalship top10 firm.........pass final in may24 with distinction.... although now i am struggling for job😢... even 100 of email send to different company’s...🫠 Almost 5 months completed but.... still i am unemployed 😔

Since they can and should explore Practice, especially with lots of upcoming areas. The whole process of the exam, paper checking professor, passing percentage and student rights regarding suggested answers & marking scheme need to be revamped for a better future for students and ICAI too. ICAI wants 30 lacs CAs by 2047 which is a big no. From the formation of the ICAI institute, there have been 400000 lacs plus members Which is almost 75 years and the institute wants 30 lacs members by 2047 how it could be possible.
Sir the main issue is lack of a college structure. Tabi itni kami hori hai ache professionals ki. Kabi kisi extra qualification pe focus nahi kia jata hai, client acquisition and marketing ki skils to bilkul nahi sikhai jati. In my firm. Maine khudse hi ye skills development ki, kuch skills develop ki, seo sikha, designing, marketing sikhi, kyuki mera interest tha. Par the lack of college structure and focus on rote learning se insan aur kuch sikh hi nahi pata. Koi creativity and peer learning ka concept hi nahi hai. Peer learning is such a such blessing jo in colleges mei lowest perfomer ko bhi polish krdeti hai. I really wished hume bhi is trah ki training mil pati. I know it will raise the cost. Par itna cost to aaj bache coachings mei hi lga dete hain. Council members should rethink about IIA, if it comes koi IIM bhi CAs se compete nahi kr paega, itna potential hai is degree mei. Also college structure se proper placement committees and networking badhegi. Log baat krna sikhenge. Ye constant failure vala process ache acho ka confidence level gira deta hai jo ata hai uspe bhi doubt hone lagta hai.

Avg. Package is calculated including Foreign( which is 49 lakhs)
So it is 10 lakhs CTC in India

Sir the main issue is lack of a college structure. Tabi itni kami hori hai ache professionals ki. Kabi kisi extra qualification pe focus nahi kia jata hai, client acquisition and marketing ki skils to bilkul nahi sikhai jati. In my firm. Maine khudse hi ye skills development ki, kuch skills develop ki, seo sikha, designing, marketing sikhi, kyuki mera interest tha. Par the lack of college structure and focus on rote learning se insan aur kuch sikh hi nahi pata. Koi creativity and peer learning ka concept hi nahi hai. Peer learning is such a such blessing jo in colleges mei lowest perfomer ko bhi polish krdeti hai. I really wished hume bhi is trah ki training mil pati. I know it will raise the cost. Par itna cost to aaj bache coachings mei hi lga dete hain.
Council members should rethink about IIA, if it comes koi IIM bhi CAs se compete nahi kr paega, itna potential hai is degree mei. Also college structure se proper placement committees and networking badhegi. Log baat krna sikhenge. Ye constant failure vala process ache acho ka confidence level gira deta hai jo ata hai uspe bhi doubt hone lagta hai.
CA are over overconfident abount their kniwledge. One on one competition krvalo iim valo se.

@@romop3036leave it bro in india people react on what they see on surface without critical thinking without analysing depth of anything they react on emotional basis like if they see a one video in which a CA earn many lakhs they will start saying that very professional very respectable good earning they get influenced very fast and just after sometime if they see where some CAs not earning good income they start panicking

Ca over hyped course
Not over hyped but earned by this profession. Now it is on us to maintain
30 Lakhs figure must be based on estimated requirements for Practicing CAs and ones in job both. The idea of CAs not getting jobs, while doesn’t sound good, is rubbish as well. Since they can and should explore Practice, especially with lots of upcoming areas. Practice would become more and more lucrative actually as more and more CAs tend to follow the rat race of seeking a job. No offence.
