    Your channel is fantastic, I’m glad I found it. Pranayama and breathing techniques have genuinely dissolved my constant background anxiety. It has regulated my overactive nervous system. It’s now easier to calm my thoughts as my physical symptoms have eased which used to only be calmed by propranolol. It’s a shame most people just pass breathing techniques off as being “woowoo”

      Hi Claire, can I ask if you're still having success and are you doing breathing techniques daily? I've found propranolol to be a game changer but don't want to come to rely on it

    I think a lot of the emotions and tears which occur when doing breathing exercises are due to a biological change in the body. Nasal breathing creates Nitric Oxide which was a massive effect. It is known as laughing gas but it can produce all kinds of emotions. Great interview. Just ordered Max’s book. 👍

    When people you care about are grieving and don’t know what to say , that’s okay. You don’t need to say anything. Just be there for them. Give them a hug. Let them know “I love you and I’m here for you need anything. Even if you just want someone to talk to.”

    Can you do a RELAXING exhale through your mouth? Will that have a similar or the same effect as doing it through your nose?

    Interesting, but I was very surprised that Max breathed so much through his mouth, it sounded very stressful.

    Wouldn’t it be unfair if there was no life after death. People who suffer in this world by other people just die and that’s it ? No. When humans die they will be judged by the creator. Reward and punishment will be delivered by the most just God.

    • @gioplease6848
      @gioplease6848 2 роки тому +5

      Only time will tell what happens after death. Like the great Mark Twain said … “ I do not fear death. I had been dead for billions and billions of years before I was born, and had not suffered the slightest inconvenience from it.”

    • @clairejohnson7809
      @clairejohnson7809 2 роки тому +2

      Unfairness is a human concept. Everything is neutral until humans put their good or bad spin on it. Read the gnostic gospels and you will understand that Jesus believed that the light of god is within everyone. You believe the twisted version the Romans created to exert power over people

    • @skippy7208
      @skippy7208 Рік тому +1

      Jesus said ‘forgive them for they know not what they do’. We can only act to the best of our ability, to our level of consciousness. Life is a learning experience for everybody. Punishment is not necessary from a loving God, forgiveness is.
