    Wowser! This was challenging even at just the lightweight setting of 50...so glad there's no video downstairs - those lunge crunches are tough for me - almost fell off! But this 68 year old grandfather, AKA Poppi is keeping with it! Thanks!

    I really enjoyed this workout. At first, I thought 50lbs would be too much. So I started off with 30. Definitely try 50 next time! #workoutnumber2 #day2

    Just finished this workout and noticed my elbows were keeping me from moving on.. Abs were fine… any suggestions

      Were your Elbows sore or just getting in the way?

      @@BowflexWorkouts they actually wasn’t, nor getting in the way.. However this is like my 10th workout in my life at age 46, so maybe it’s just getting started and hopefully it will eventually go away

      @@doTERRAForDeaf If issues persist, try reducing the weight a bit and doing really slow reps. Gradually increase the weight back up, then go back to normal speed and weight. This approach can strengthen the joints.

      I could definitely see how that could happen, especially on the cable crunch. It's hard to diagnose what's going wrong or maybe its imbalance. When you go into your crunch, try pressing your stomach out and exhaling fully so that by the time your in the crunched position, you can't exhale any further.
