If the primary pump can not handle the amount of water coming into the pit and the water level reaches the backup pump will running both pumps at same time increase or decrease the GPH output on the combo’s piping?
I'm having a great deal of difficulty with the O ring. Is it normal for the ring to slide off it's ridge on the discharge pipe during the joining of the AC and DC pump?
Is their a DC solar panel imput option through the 507, if power outage extends past battery charge?
the sump pump floater device is blinking red and the DC pump is has a warning on it and my Zoeller device is blinking
my 508 system just beeped at me and has a flashing green light despite being plugged in.... did it just randomly break??
Is a weeping hole needed on the discharge pipe below the check valve or not? Since it all comes pre-assembled I was not sure if one needs to be added or is the hole on the actual pumps sufficient? From what I read it is best to add even if you have one, but since it was not included on the pre-assembled model I was not sure.
Hello John, As a preassembled unit, we have taken all precautions and there is a weep hole ON the primary pump, inside the DC pump and one located underneath the flapper (on the threads) of the threaded check valve that is in the pump. The system will be ready to go out of the carton! Any other questions, please let us know. Thanks!

I have the same product, however every so often an alarm goes off indicating something with the battery (bad battery). We recently moved into our new home and were told it’s a new back-up. Any tips ?
And my system light is also flashing like in the video
