I have a 23 that also identifies as a 19. 😮 I have a 19 barrel and appropriate 9mm mags for it; runs reliably and since we’re stepping down from 40 to 9 in chamber pressure, etc., it’s similar to shooting 38SPL through a 357 revolver. 👍🏼
Great video! There's a lawsuit fighting trying to get the CA pistol roster thrown out as unconstitutional, hopefully it will win and we can see Gen4 or Gen5 in CA. The lawsuit made some progress and got the ridiculous micro-stamping requirement thrown out. So now we're seeing newer pistols coming out on the roster finally. The CA is still demanding that pistols have: - A manual or trigger safety - A loaded chamber indicator - A magazine disconnect (trigger doesn't work without a magazine) in order to be added to the roster. Knowing how Glock likes to keep to it's standard design philosophy I doubt they'll add a loaded chamber indicator or magazine disconnect to their newer generation models so we'll have to wait and see if the lawsuit can prevail.
Yeah, I agree.. Glock will not add those safety feature requirements.. unless they are willing to go that far.. instead of Glock Perfection it will be Glock California Perfection 😊
Bro Rey... good video review. I have 2 Glock 19 myself and I have to admit, I have a hard time zeroing on the target with the sights. I am planning to get it cut so I cam install a red dot. I shoot better with a red dot.... hehehe
Hello bossing, thank you for the comment. Age is catching up and our eyes are not like the same 10 to 15 years ago. I agree it’s either go red dot or fiber optic sights.
Smith and Wesson SD9 2.0 allowed ba dyan sa California sir? Thinking of upgrading my edc to g19 but still deciding because of the sd9 2.0. My local range has the model (sd9 2.0) and I shot it side by side with the g19. Both guns ergonomics good, recoil impulse same, trigger weight and pull not so far apart. Magazine capacity has got me thinking very hard. G19 is 15+1. SD9 2.0 is 16+1. Sa price doon din difference malaki.
California is restricted to 10 round magazine. Some gun owners have high capacity magazine that they bought during the freedom week. I don’t think the SD9 2.0 is in the California gun roster.
If I get a Glock 19, I will be spending extra cash (totaling at least $1000) because of the frame work. Grooves need to be removed and undercuts would be needed because my middle finger knuckle gets uncomfortable. That’s what I’d do hopefully at the same time I purchase the G19.

I ended up buying both sir. But yung SD9 2.0 for my CCW EDC dahil sa capacity nya of 16+1. The G19 for range fun day, pang gucci glock project.
