SD day 51. Such a lovely way to finish after a very emotional day for me. I was born almost exactly one year after VE day and today's celebration was a mixture of nostalgia, happiness and sadness. I totally agree with your sentiment that yoga is a journey of discovery and I learn something new about myself every time I practice. x

SD day 117: I had a really heavy day yesterday clearing Himalayan balsam form the river Colne yesterday so I really needed to wind down after a day of intensive hard work.This was ideal to help me relax.
