    INGREDIENTS
    • 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts

    • 1tsp Italian Seasoning
    Balsamic Glaze
    • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1/3 cup chicken stock/broth
    • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • pickled banana peppers - for garnish
    • fresh chopped parsley - for garnish

    Sooo, I’ve made this twice already in the last few weeks and it gets better the more you make it. This is very good. I used canned diced tomatoes, and sautéed minced garlic instead of the jarred tomatoes he used, only because I didnt have any of the jarred and it turned out perfectly fine. I even took the left over sauce, reduced it, added some brown sugar and made some pasta and had balsamic chicken pasta the second time around!! Very delicious recipe my friend! Thank you!

    banana pepper brine is my secret ingredient in lots of sauces, too, especially from the hot ones.

    Worcestershire is pronounced “wooster-sure”. I always remember that because a friend was visiting Massachusetts and asked the cab driver to take him to “Wore-chester “ and the cabbie gave him an earful on the correct pronunciation .. “Wooster”😂
