    Okay, granted, I am a novice cook. But I wonder if ... 4:35 ... you shouldn't have drained that chicken before you poured in the sauce? Because that's a lot of fat that should be poured out?
    Or, if not, could you explain where I can learn.

      U can drain out the juices but you will also be removing a lot of the flavor also being these are skinless thighs there is not much fat In them
