I hate when people dont come back after making.... That being said, I made with with some jasmine rice and sauteed asparagus and the wife and kids TORE IT UP!!! 😁 They wanted more sauce though so I may double it up next time so theres enough to go around for their chicken and the rice. It was delish!!
Balsamic chicken is a "MUST TRY" recipe, very easy and simple to cook and also, most ingredients easily found on grocery store, my wife thought this recipe even best then most restaurants 🤤😋👍, thank you for sharing 😊

I made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious. Also, as some have stated, you have to use good Balsamic vinegar; you know, the sweet, thick, luscious kind. Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes.
It doesn't have to be thick as you reduce it anyway, but a good vinegar does make a difference.

Great recipe Joel, folks, don't get cheap when buying balsamic vinegar, as a good bottle will make this dish, or break it, keep em' coming Joel, cheers mate.
Yes there's a lot of red wine vinegar with added caramel and they call it Balsamic. Usually the cheap ones.

You know what's good and I discovered it by mistake.
I love weird things such as mixing foods together.
Like bbq potato chips and Ice Cream or beer and Ice Cream...don't say ick 😖 until you try it. It's really good. Taste like a root beer float 🍺
So I worked at a casino in the Steakhouse...and someone had ordered Ice Cream with chocolate sauce.
So there's two containers on the line. And I pick up one and uses it.
Oops,wrong one...it was Balsamic Vinegarett Glaze...so we remade it for the guest. And not to won't the ice cream to go to waste ...we tried it.
Let me tell you...it went on the menu. And still to this day they serve it.
Add a few strawberries and you have a mouthful of goodness. The sweet and sour taste is a good balance.

It needs to be reduced in the pan, but don't go overboard if it's that good. Keep it for salads. 😀

I have tried some of your recipes, and they are really nice. General comment: Instead of saying "2 pieces" of Chicken, I would find it very helpful if you gave a weight measurement, since I there may be so much difference even between individual cuts of meat. Thanks!
