And then we are going to work to try and transform that, change that pain. This is what never seems to be explained in any video. How exactly does eft do that? There's a lot of talk about feelings and core feelings, but almost none of what actually is done to help a client....

Expressing and processing the emotion is already a way of transforming it
The clients core pain is transformed by adaptive emotional experiences that emerge as the person is in their painful experience expressing what needs didn’t get met. The key is it is not mere cognitive work. It’s experiential. There are EFT methods which are demonstrated in videos published by APA as well as in transcripts in books such as Changing Emotion with Emotion by Greenberg. I have experienced the transformative power of this approach with many clients. It’s solid and backed by research.
The core pain is caused by a lie from the pit of hell 😠 God loves all of us and He can heal us. Ask Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ / Yeshua HaMashiach
to send the sweet Holy Spirit to your core and tell it the truth...that you are loved, you are special, you deserve to be alive, you deserve happiness...etc. etc. Go on. Try it. Do it now. Say that prayer and let us know by tomorrow what happened...after you slept. God bless you.
