Never saw an ET-200 in bare wood GORGEOUS! Mine was my only guitar for 13 years until it was stolen. I had to replace several of the lower frets as they wore down fairly easily. Glad to see you taking a budget guitar so seriously! They can actually be good players with a little attention.
did you replace the micro frets with modern sized frets though? These are supposed to be sized like the Mosrite, and they're very nice and different to play.
awesome! Have you tried "speed frets" by chance? I keep seeing them around on Tiescos and Mosrites, but haven't got my hands on one to actually try out.
I have one of these. I'm hesitant to take it to my local shop. I see you take time and make sure you do it right. Mine I believe is a 65 teisco et200 tulip. I would like to have you do it for me. I want this thing to play like a Gibson
I usually use a couple small dabs of wood glue or a few tiny drops of CA glue. You just don't want to overdo it with the glue, you just want enough to hold it in place.
Yes, it's to adjust the truss rod. You can turn it by using an allen key or something like a small screw driver. Basically whatever you can fit in the hole that allows you to turn it.
I have this same guitar but the issue is that the guy who sold it to me said he cleaned out and rewired it . He did. But he rewired it completely wrong, can I see how yours looks?

I replaced the frets with small medium frets. I really like the fel of the frets I used. They play and sound very nice!

@@pious.techpriest Not yet, I'll have to give them a try!
I love it, Mr Van Houten! Keep up the vids man, you're doing awesome content.
Incredible work, what's with extremely talented people being underrated in UA-cam?

That was fun!
What is the glue you used on the nut?

Is the bolt at the bottom of the neck to adjust the truss rod? and do you just turn it with an Allen key?

That was a customer's guitar and I don't have any pictures, unfortunately. Sorry about that!
